So many undesirable people milling around in the parking lot at 11:30pm, $100 cash deposit in addition to our bill, IDs needing to be shown due to possible sex trafficking.

Thank you for your review. Yes, we ask for a security deposit at check-in, however it is refundable and we can also put that deposit on a debit/credit card. Florida has adopted certain laws to counter human trafficking, but the main reason we ask for ID's is so we can give you a key if you get locked out of your room. For security, we do not give keys to anyone who we do not have an ID on file. Hopefully, our rules and policies will not deter you from staying with us or coming down to Panama City Beach in the future.
The facility needs to work on his cleanliness one of the units that I was in there because I had to stay for an extended period of time had a oven in it that was full of cockroaches
Disgusting room, everything was in disrepair. stained furniture and comforter. Horrible smell. couldn’t make it more than an hour in there.

I changed rooms multiple times. 1st room had blood on the floor. 2nd room had roaches in the fridge and black mold on the ceiling. All the rooms had a funny smell. I finally get a room that I think is clean enough and there’s black mold on the ceiling and the pillows. So I said forget it and slept with a sheet over this chair. But I got cold so went to turn the heater on…so it could blow more cold air out. So I slept in my car
Service was good manager was very kind and helpful, had to give cash deposit for damage and everyone staying had to provide picture ID , never had to do that anywhere!

They have a roach infestation. We saw 22 within 5 minutes before we stopped counting and grabbed our stuff to check out. The guy at the front desk was super nice though. He knows they have an infestation bc he didn't try to argue, keep my money or give me a hard time at all. Great location they just need to clean it up and get rid of the roaches!

The number has changed each time you've voiced this complaint regarding your most recent stay. I did not argue because I am not going to admonish my guests as liars. Not because I or anyone here "knows there's an infestation" as you claim. I do my best to take my guests at their word. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. However such a claim this copious and wavering I cannot stand by. The room was checked immediately after you left and no such a thing was found in it. Either way we thank you for the review, and wish you a pleasant day

I was in room 110 and ceiling had black mold. No hot water and hot water faucet would not turn. I let hot water in bath tub run for 25 months mutes and it got colder.
The front Desk staff is very nice and helpful.
This very nice hotel is so convenient, clean and located right in middle of many attractions, a few good restaurants, walmart and some of the best attractions like minigolfing, go-carts, and many others. Its not a 5 stars resort, but just what you need when your coming to PCB to play, have fun, be at the beach and just sleep for a few hours.I really recommend it.
Loved the staff. They were awesome!! The room was old and very dated, but clean. The dryer didnt work but one of the housekeeping guys was nice enough to dry our towels for us. The cash deposit seemed scammy at first, but seeing some of the other clientele, it made sense. We stayed one night on a girls trip and would probably stay again for one night. If you are a lone woman, who does not carry, i would probably pick a better area. They do have excellent security cameras so... beach is a mile away

Thank you for your review. Sorry about the deposit, It's our way of controlling who stays on property. We try our best to create a secure environment, so our guests enjoy their time on the beach. We also ask for vehicle info., all adults ID's, etc. Hope you enjoyed your stay, and come back to the beach.
