Very dissapointed only stayed 1 of our 2 night stay

We booked primarily because of the beautiful photos of the roof top terrace, which is beautiful but a bit worn and soiled fabrics. This apartment has a loft bedroom that requires a climb up and down a very steep steel ladder. The bed has very thin sheets, the pillows are lumpy chopped foam. The bed is shoved against a wall as there isn't any space to center it, one must climb over the other to get in/out. The ceiling is VERY low. Beneath this open bedroom loft is a bathroom that is wide open with no door. The shower is glass affording no privacy. There is a narrow wall that separates the toilet from a soiled love seat. The TV doesn't work. This is 3 flights up with no elevator. The stairs are dark and gloomy. Casco Viejo though, is wonderful and the location is great. This unit might appeal to a very young couple but not to seasoned travelers such as us.
