Paradise

The property was very delightful with a beautiful beach and city view. It was like paradise that you never want to leave. The people there were courteous and friendly. The WI-FI was surprisingly stable and fast for a hotel internet. Some of the lights in the property were not working such as one of the bathroom lights and bedroom lights. Overall, I would recommend and come here again in future vacations.

spectacular layout and location

We love this property-panoramic views, huge space, quiet location next to St. Andrew's State Park. The pool area and hot tub are well laid out and maintained. Great decor and comfortable mattresses. We say everytime that we stay that we would choose this unit to live in for retirement. .

Just as described, beautiful view and quite comfy

Nice clean room with plenty of space and a gorgeous view of the oceanfront and the beach. Clean rooms and nice shower space in the master bathroom to go along with a comfortable bed in the bedroom. Living space is quite spacious and is very open and welcoming. Would def book again

Place was run down and needed updated washing machine started smoking called and they said they were gonna send someone to fix it the next day nobody came would rent from vrbo but not that property

Gorgeous Views of the Gulf

Nicely appointed condo on the 22nd floor with amazing views morning, noon and night. The inside of the condo is nice. The elevator and parking situation is much more efficient than other places we've stayed at in the past in PCB. A great feature of this spot was the 3rd floor grill set up inside the parking garage. Overall, a great spot... this specific condo easily accommodated 6 people with plenty of space.

The view was great

The view was awesome. Disappointing that we were only able to use one bedroom from the 3 bedroom condo. Two of the bed had bed bugs. This was very frustrating and disappointing. Condo wasn’t clean.

Nicely decorated and very spacious. Loved the view.

Blender did not work in kitchen. Humidifier in master bedroom was VERY loud. Kept us awake. Also the TV does not work in one of the spare bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful View, condo was not clean

This condo had beautiful views. Upon arrival, the condo was trashed. After calling the reservation office, they quickly sent a cleaning crew, who spent about 45 mins in the condo. The cleaning crew was short handed that day, as someone had quit. Overall, the condo had the supplies we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the elevators were fast

Treasure

Walking in the condo, first seeing the amazing view of the place with a lot of space. Balcony view of the beach to the back is astonishing. Beds were comfortable. The floor was not thoroughly cleaned. Some tables were still dusty. TVs were old and dusty. Remotes were struggling to turn off the tvs. Not many good channels and movies on cable. One of the toilets makes a very loud noise after flushing. Shower head pipe was leaking every time it was turned on.

Condo stay

Condo had plenty of room. Pool and access to beach were great. Parking good. Had to call maintenance twice and they were very quick and responsive (once to fix tv and second time to fix door access code). However, upon arrival there was a dried apple peel in one of the bedrooms along with a piece of a wrapper. Stain on the bedroom cover. The second bathtub looked very dirty so I scrubbed before using and the rugs looked very used and old. Decor needs to be updated (jungle theme vs beach). Several dishes in the kitchen were chipped. Patio table chipped. I had questions after I booked and left voice mail messages and emails which were never returned. I stayed on hold one day and was able to talk with someone but until I got in touch with her, I was nervous since no one ever responded to my messages except when I would receive the same “canned” email response.

Great location and furnishing but cleaning issues

During these times of COVID-19 cleanliness should be taken very seriously. All the beds had sand in them and some had food in the bed. One bed had vomit on the sheets and on the curtains of the room. Response was very slow from the leasing company. Made phone calls, text and messages through their service and no reply till the next day. Couldn’t get WIFI password for two days despite multiple request. The condo is very well furnished with nice furniture and decor. Plenty of room for a large family. Cleanliness and response time were the only issues. Once they did respond they came and cleaned well. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was a major issue. The ladies who came to clean the room were the only ones who were apologetic about the issues.

Amazing location

The location was amazing. The resort was great Nice pool, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was ok. It could definately use alot of updating. The lamp shades were taped together, they could use better bedding and larger beds in the 2 guest bedrooms. Hardly any storage space in the kitchen or bathroom. Alot of the cabinets were locked. The A/C did not work for the first two days but they did come out and get that working. Like I said the room was "ok", it could just really use alot of updating and some nicer accommodations in the bedrooms. We ended up going and buying a couple of fans for our stay, while we were waiting to get the air fixed, as well as 2 extra blankets. for the bedrooms.

Nice Stay but...

This was a spacious condo on the 22nd floor, but there were hardly any plates nor pans to cook with. We're glad we brought paper plates and bowls. The toilet in the master bath was loose and tiles were cracked in the living room. The bed pillows were super hard and should be replaced. Again, we're glad we brought our own. Only one shower head really worked in the master bath. For the money spent, things could have been much better, but overall not terribly bad and we dealt with them.
