FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS, "FABULOUS VIEWS" from this 11th floor unit!
*Spring Break- Families preferred*
Spectacular Views from Floor to Ceiling Windows of Gulf, Pier, Pier Park and Lake.. Remodeled January 2022 and still beautifully decorated, beach inspired, bright and sunny 1 bedroom/ 1 bath unit. This unit sleeps 4 adults/persons and 2 children under five years of age with sleeper sofa and bunk beds. (see below)

**Due to new Fire Department regulations: occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 adults/persons, so therefore Tidewater Association will only issue 4 pool bands for our unit! Anyone over 5 must have a band on while on property.

Comfortable king bed in master bedroom. All rooms have flat screen TV's. Kitchen has granite counter-tops and dishwasher. We offer both Keurig and "Mr. Coffee" type Coffee makers. Unit also has a washer and dryer. Floor to ceiling windows provide a fabulous view of the night life of Pier Park, sunrise to the east, sugar white sands and emerald waters. And several times a year you can view FIREWORKS from the comfort of your condo. Tidewater has all there is to offer in beach amenities- two outdoor pools with hot tubs, indoor heated pool, arcade room, fully equipped weight room with large hot tub inside, coffee and ice cream shop and also a restaurant on site. This unit is just waiting for your family to enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and all Tidewater has to offer. Tidewater is just a 15 minute walk from Pier Park with more shopping, entertainment, restaurants, Skywheel, movie theaters, IMAX and an amusement park for your enjoyment! Come see us... And remember, BEACH CHAIRS are included in this rental! (1 Mar - 31 Oct)

** Tidewater Association has implemented a $30 + tax Registration Fee per unit for renters in order to receive pool bands(4 maximum) and parking passes. Guest can register online or upon arrival at the Association Registration Desk on the 2nd Floor Lobby by Skywalk. ** This fee is above and beyond the charge for rental of our unit! **Tidewater requires the individual making reservations be 25 years of age and occupy the unit during the entire period of the reservation. ID will be required to pick up parking passes and pool bands.

My daughters and I went for a girls' week, and we were thrilled with the condo! It was so clean and well-appointed. All the kitchen ware and dishes, the towels, the extra supplies were fantastic. They left enough of everything (soap, detergent, etc.) that we didn't need to use what we brought. The beds were SO COMFY and our unit was really quiet, so we weren't disturbed anytime during our stay. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony each morning and worked puzzles and watched movies at night. We were able to walk to Pier Park for some shopping. The beach chairs were an added bonus that we weren't expecting. Really a wonderful stay!

Great place on the beach!

We live close but wanted something right by Frank Brown Park for the Gulf Coast Jam. Their condo is perfect, great view, clean, everything you need!

Very nice condo

We visit PCB about 3 times a year. This is our first time in this condo. We enjoyed it. Yes the elevator is a long wait time at 4pm and 10am (that is normal everywhere). The room was pretty, very clean, well furnished. Check out requests were minimal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summer Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at the beach! The condo was super clean and had many "extra" supplies! It had all the dishes, pots, pans, cooking utencils that we needed. Great views from the entire condo! We def hope to return. **The elevators are a pain, just have to beat the crowd and be patient.** The amazing condo makes up for the elevator issue 😁.

Amazing view

Pictures do not do this unit justice. The views were amazing. Nice touches like laundry detergent and dish soap. We were very comfortable. It was Great having two chairs and umbrella. (Just get there by 830 am if you want a front row chair. ) There are many amenities at this resort that were also nice. Just know that it is a large resort so expect a wait at the elevators during busy times. Would recommend this unit!

Elevators were a nightmare

When we arrived at Tidewater, the code I was given for the parking garage gate did not work. So I had to go across the street and ask security for the code. Once parked I went in to check us in and get a luggage cart. To get a luggage cart you must leave your ID at the desk and receive it once you turn the cart back in. We waited for an elevator for quite a while. Once opened there was a worker sitting inside operating the elevator. He informed us that out of the 4 elevators at the property only 2 were functioning. During our weekend 1 of the 2 elevators went down. So there was 1 working elevator for 30 floors! The wait for an elevator took up to 30 minutes which made it not easy to go down to the beach or the pool quickly. We took the stairs down several times. The elevators were the only downside to our trip. The condo was perfect for us! Great location, great views, great customer service from any employee we encountered. And the free beach chairs were a lifesaver.

Nice little condo

Pros: The condo was great for our little weekend getaway. The place was very clean and we liked that it was in the corner off by itself. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of everything we would need. Cons:The elevators are HORRIBLE. The shortest wait we had was 10 mins. This isnt the fault of the condo's owners but something to consider when booking. We actually had to walk the 11 floors once after waiting so long on an elevator that never came. Very aggravating when you have cold groceries. We also never could get the cable to work in the living room. You are able to stream netflix and things like that but the internet was so bad we werent able to get through a movie. Usually this wouldnt be an issue but it rained so much and the beaches were closed so tv would have been nice. Could have been the weather was the issue of the wifi..not sure.
