Great Stay

Absolutely loved the condos environment. Great pools, amazing drinks/food at the tiki hut, and the beach was easily accessible. The condo was great, plenty of room to move around with an amazing view. Traffic on this side of PCB is very light. Definitely plan to return.

This was a perfect for us! Amazing views! Condo was equipped with everything we needed! It was quite cold while we were there but the pool is heated which was a plus! Beautiful view of both sunrises and sunsets! Lynn was a pleasure to work with and promptly answered any questions we had! Would definitely book again!

Love Regency Towers! This was our 4th year staying there, but the 1st using this condo. We had everything we needed, the condo was lovely, and the beds super comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks Lynn, for sharing you're property withus Hope to stay again next year!

Short vacay

Condo was nice and had everything you would need. Convenient location with not too many crowds on beach. The view is amazing. The bed is firm and i prefer soft but I most do not. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay again. Close to shops and restaurants.

Exactly what we needed!

We love staying at Regency Towers! We have stayed there several times. It never disappoints. Location is great, on the quiet end of PCB. This was our first stay in this particular condo! It was great! Clean, well stocked, plenty of room! Prompt response from owner from time of booking until after we arrived.Would definitely rent again!

Awesome condo right on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf. Condo was well stocked and had what we needed. Very nice that 2 beach chairs were included. Will definitely be back.

Nice and Simple

The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen layout is very tight and lacked a few things like a corkscrew and a crab boil pot. Other than that, this condo is located within beach walking distance from Schooners and had a lovely pool area with tiki bar.

Good place

Nice place for a family vacay. We enjoy this end of PCB because it is not as crowded. Regency towers was good - 3 elevators that we never had to wait too long for. Two pools and a tiki bar with food which was nice. The pools stayed pretty crowded because there were red flags our entire stay, but that’s not anyone’s fault. The room was a great size for 5 people with a beautiful 13th floor view of the ocean. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed - floors were very sandy when we arrived, and I prefer my bed to be softer but was fine. Rokus in the living room and master, but we couldn’t get the tv in the guest room to work for the kids. Plenty of pantry space in the kitchen for all your beach snacks. Overall we had a really great time!

Great view

Overall this condo was nice. There were a few exceptions...the towels were rough. It felt like i was taking off a layer of skin. But that is an easy fix! At first glance the condo looked like it had been updated but a closer look it had been somewhat painted...walls were painted but trim was not and wall paint was dripped on floor and baseboards. Sloppy job! Bedroom furniture was very worn but kitchen table was very cute. Overall good but could have been a lot better with a little work!

Nice location & enjoyed our stay

This was our first time at Regency Towers. An older building but still a nice vacation spot. Located on the East end of the beach where traffic isn't as heavy. The condo had plenty of room for me, my husband & 2 teen boys. The view was beautiful. The weather was perfect & the beach was never too crowded. This unit also has complimentary beach chairs & umbrella. The pools are nice & always playing good tunes. The tiki bar has good food & drinks for a reasonable price. The tiki bar also sells ice by the bag or you can purchase it from the machine on the back side of the bar. The main elevator in front of the office was usually pretty busy, but we used one on the end & never waited very long. Lynn always responded quickly & was very helpful with any questions I had about our stay. The only 2 things I would suggest is a deep cleaning & a dust pan for guests.

Girls Trip

Fun relaxing! Plenty of things to do there. Never felt over crowded Loved the “Sandbar” bar and grill between pools. Great security always felt safe. Very clean. We had such a great time. Will definitely be staying here again!!!!!
