The beautiful white sandy beach is found just a few steps beyond the pool area!! Here you will find a fenced in Play Area for children, Beach Chairs (With Umbrella), Jet Ski, Wave Runner, and Parasailing Rentals.

In addition, The Summit is located close to multiple Shopping Centers, Fine and Casual Dining, Amusement Parks, State Parks, Golf Courses, Putt-Putt, Fishing, and many other activities that you desire for a wonderful vacation.

This fully furnished 4th floor unit at The Summit, 8743 Thomas Drive is located right on the beach. The beautiful Gulf Waters, White Sandy Beaches, Sunsets, and Poolside can all be viewed directly from your balcony. You will love staying on the 4th floor, as it provides a fabulous view without being too high. The unit is located near the center of the building, which gives you an excellent view of the property. It also makes using the elevators or stairs very convenient. This unit is a one bedroom condo with a king- size bed in the bedroom, built-in bunks in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Comfortably sleeps five. The unit has central a/c and heat with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, cooking/dining utensils. The living room area provides a chair, sleeper sofa, end tables with lamps, Flat Screen TV, DVD, Cable, Docking Station to play music, and overlooks the breath-taking Gulf. The full bath has a shower/tub combo, toilet and vanity with sink and the half bath has an additional toilet and vanity with sink. Towels, wash cloths, and linens are provided.

THE SUMMIT HAS A REGISTRATION FEE THAT YOU WILL PAY THEM WHEN CHECKING IN. THIS COVERS THE SUMMIT GIVING YOU BRACELETS TO WEAR AND PARKING PASSES. THE BRACELETS AND PARKING PASSES MUST BE USED TO LEAVE AND ENTER THE SUMMIT PROPERTY. THIS FEE IS NOT COVERED IN OUR RATES AND IS PAYABLE TO THE SUMMIT CLERK AT CHECK IN. RENTAL PRICE TAX IS 13.12% AND CLEANING SERVICE FEE IS $140.00 PLUS TAX. (THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE/RATES AND WILL BE EXTRA CHARGES)
