Very nice, clean, quite, only disadvantage was the sofa been very uncomfortable it was to hard to sit on. The chair was great. Very comfortable bed and amazing shower. I would definitely stay here again
I had the opportunity to stay here with my family from July 2nd -6th. We had a wonderful stay. The layout of the room was breath taking, very clean, and better than advertised. Tonya was a great host and answered any questions My family and I had. I would recommend booking this condo, you will not be disappointed. The only takeaway is the elevator wait time during peak season. We waited 35-40 minutes sometimes.
Wonderful time spent with family. Pool was ice cold and ocean wasn't much warmer. Kids enjoyed it though. Need to turn on heated pool earlier in the year.
Only thing negative was the couch. Very uncomfortable.
Our condo was exactly as described! Clean. Great view. Well kept and modern. Great pools and easy access to the beach. Our only negative for our whole stay was the elevator situation was a disaster. Sometimes waiting up to 20 minutes to get an elevator. There are several elevators around the property but the size of the property and number of units far overwhelm the elevator situation.
The condo was just like it was pictured! Extremely clean and beautifully appointed!! It had everything we needed. Even though there was just the 2 of us having 2 bathrooms was great. The bed was very comfortable and so was the living room furniture! The beach was beautiful and not as crowded as some other tower buildings. Check in was easy and there were plenty of carts to use to take up your luggage. The parking garage was very convenient. I will say that the elevators took forever but because our condo was on the 6th floor we walked down every day so no biggie. I would highly suggest walking down to a small restaurant called Muy Wayne-os. It’s a Tex Mex place and the food is incredible!! We ate there twice!! We have been to Panama City the last 3 years and this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in!!
We loved the room!! Very nice! However the elevators were awful! We had to take the stairs numerous times due to the elevator wait. The resort was nice besides the elevator issues!
Adorable, clean well appointed condo! Gorgeous beach view, comfy beds and furniture. Lots of amenities, enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs and The Waves restaurant on site was delicious and reasonably priced! Would definitely rent again!
Everything was as described in listing. Bed was comfortable and so were the bath towels(weird I know but hey it matters)
View was great. Will stay again.
We had a great stay while visiting for softball world series July 2022. Communication was great from the start. The facility was well maintained and the staff was extremely helpful. Our condo was exactly the way it was listed and I would absolutely recommend a friend and visit again myself.
It was better than the pictures! It’s a good choice
I appreciate everything was so clean. The bed was comfortable and the chairs and couch. I liked the bunkbeds were not in the hall but had their own little separate room although we did not use them.
I love the view from bedroom and living and kitchen. We would stay there again..
The condo is well laid out and spacious for 4. I would suggest less rental chairs… many are unused and we could have put out our own chairs easier if they weren’t in the way. Sadly, we knew lots of people were smoking cigarettes and pot on their balconies because of the smell. Too bad they were inconsiderate… but this is everywhere…. Otherwise it was perfect.
The condo it’s self was very nice. Parking across the street in a parking garage trying to get a baby luggage groceries etc all to the condo and waiting on elevators was our biggest issue. We ended up taking the stairs numerous times. Luckily we were able to do that. But for my parents that wasn’t an option.
I don’t have any complaints about our condo, as it was exactly as pictured and had a gorgeous ocean view. HOWEVER, we will never stay at this property again due to the inconvenience of the elevators. Check in time every day is awful—waiting over 30 minutes just to get on the elevator to go up to your floor or down from your floor. Then every other time you try, it took so long that my family took the stairs most of the time. Tidewater needs to come up with a solution. So many people met said they’d never stay there again because of the elevators.
We had a great stay at this condo! I received a detailed email a few days before our trip that covered everything we needed to know, check-in instructions, door codes, WiFi, and check-out expectations, which made arrival and departure a breeze. The check-in process was super easy, and the condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The balcony had the most incredible view, just high enough to see far out across the ocean.I had seen a lot of negative reviews about the elevators before our trip, but honestly, we never waited more than 10 minutes, even during busy times. I did hear other guests complaining, but I think it really comes down to expectations. Could they be faster? Sure. Did it impact our vacation in any meaningful way? Not at all.The only small downside was the limited supplies provided. We were only given two trash bags and one roll of paper towels for the entire stay. The pre-arrival email did mention one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, so it wasn’t a surprise, but I do think trash bags especially should be more generously supplied since guests are expected to take all garbage out at checkout.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again! Clean, comfortable, and stress-free.
Don't book here unless you want to pay to be stressed out more
There are not enough characters to describe the stay we wasted THOUSANDS of dollars on. The short version is this, the elevators get overridden and it's almost impossible to get to/from your condo without a MINIMUM wait of 15 minutes (that was the shortest wait I think we had but the longest was 40 minutes). Meanwhile you are essentially trapped on the floor. If you want to sit beachfront plan to get up early and lug all of your beach items down. You have two options, you can either pay the chair vendor 400 for the week to rent out two chaise lounges and an umbrella or you have to find a space outside of their designated area (you can find out about that when you get there because I didn't see anything on their website about restricted beach space) but the chair vendor has premium spaces and you're not allowed to put a chair or open an umbrella within their zone. We spent thousands of dollars to sit on a sliver of beach. When the tide comes in the sliver obviously gets smaller. The beach police (security) will come by and let you know about the rules as they monitor them frequently and point out the designated areas you're allowed to be in. Literally are not allowed to have shade on these hot beach days unless it is outside the chair contractor zone. On the plus side, if you don't have a lot to carry to the beach and you are mobile you could always take the stairs. Also their restraurant and bar onsite is very good. 10/10 for the loaded fries!
The condo itself was amazing- very clean and exactly as pictured. The views were spectacular. The Tidewater resort was a bit disappointing. The elevators kept breaking down and half the amenities were closed the whole time we were there. Overall, I'd still recommend this stay.
The rental process was easy. The unit was clean and spacious and exactly as expected. The location was great and the view was amazing!

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Poorly maintained building
Elevators were slow and one was broke the whole time we were there. Restaurant is a joke. Only one person working, went in to ask for a hot tea for breakfast and was told "we don't have any hot tea down here" very rudely. Our unit was fine but was a little outdated with old scratched up furniture and sheets on bed had holes in them.
