Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 5 guests. $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest). We do not have an ice machine - if ice is important to you, please pick up some on your way in. There is also ice for sale at the store downstairs, or Bikini Bobs (during the season).

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($37) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.  
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.  
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.  
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:  
Early Check-in, if available: $20 per hour. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.  
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50.

Came for a long weekend with family, Sheila was so communicative throughout every step. The condo is right on the water, not too much traffic, great location and amenities right on the property. Our only gripe were the elevators. They are in the process of being fixed/upgraded and the ones working are often crowded. Plan your in-and-outs of the condo accordingly or just take the stairs!

This condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The only things I would recommend are ensuring the freezer has ice trays and putting the mattress to the couch on the floor (to make it more comfortable). The owner was great about communicating with me, the bed was so comfy and free beach chair rentals were great. I would definitely stay here again!!

#### Cute, clean and well stocked

From the moment we booked this location, communication was happening and gave excellent details about check in/out process, things to do, places to eat, etc. We brought with us our normal supplies like coffee, filters, tea, garbage bag, dish soap, shampoo, etc., and it was all available in the condo. Didn't need to rent beach chairs either. Enjoyed our view in morning/evening on the balcony and having easy access right on the beach. Property is older, but still maintained well and space was clean.

Sheila was a lovely sweet host and the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The condo had everything you needed! The bed was extremely comfy!

Condo owner was very pleasant however condos were very old, breezeways and elevators were poorly functioning, and dirty, front desk employees were rude and not helpful at all. I would not stay at the condo community or recommend it to anybody

#### Great condo and great location!

Had a relaxing birthday weekend with my husband. This property was nicely furnished and location to restaurants and other stores was great. Beach view was incredible also!
