We have stayed in one of the other units here and I can assure you that you will not hear your neighbors while you are inside (at least we haven't). The decor is a little dark but how much time do your really spend inside? Beds and furniture are comfortable. The carpet needs to be replaced. We had a sliding glass door issue and it was resolved pretty quickly. The layout is fine and it served our purpose. We did kill 2 large roaches and extermination needs to be often. The BBQ on the porch appears cracked and a new one should be available. Also the wood on the upper deck toward beach is rotted and need replaced. We would stay in another one close by but until this one is updated will most likely not return. I also don’t like there wasn’t a 2nd lock on the front door. The only lock was the combo that they give you, I have a 3 year and she could open the front door at anytime from the inside and I also don’t like technology and the fact I was trust no one else knew the code.
