Stayed 1 night in Oct 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Jackie W. 11 Sept 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Casco Viejo Vaycay The property was a bit hard to find because it is not on a main road, but after we found it we had no problems at all with the location, and to our pleasant surprise we found free parking within a 5 minutes walking distance by a restaurant that is also next to another apartment complex. The photo of the kitchen and the living room online looks much bigger than what it actually is. The kitchen especially is TINY, but it does have a stovetop with two burners, which was helpful. The sofa in the living room is ok to sit on for a few minutes but it is not a high quality one. All the bedrooms have its own full bathroom and all the bedrooms are a very decent/big size. The photo online of the rooftop area with the hot tub is also somewhat deceiving because online it gives the impression that it is a private area just for you, but it is a shared space, it is small. Another deceiving factor is that upon booking I don't think it provides what floor you will get, we go the ground floor, which was ok for easy access, but when I booked it I thought we were getting the apartment on the top level with a view. The main bedroom has a skylight, which is ok, but when it rains it makes you hear the rain rather loudly, it didn't bother me because I can sleep well with noises but my husband said he could hear it all night long. The location is excellent, far enough from the main busy streets. I would book it again, but request to be on the top floor just to have a view. ##### Jackie W. The location and amenities were as described. The location is safe and right in center of old town as well as walking distance to many attractions, however also away from the noise of the restaurants and bars / pubs of the main center. We did have the ground floor unit and the bathrooms are new / renovated but a bit small. The bedrooms are decent size and the unit is well kept / clean. ##### Nimish V.
