Close to everything- Pier Park, plenty of restaurants to chose from just steps away. The condo is clean and nicely furnished, but...better bring everything. No beach towels! We may have missed it on the condo description, but this slowed our beach trip down due to a trip to Walmart. We took another look at the condo description and still did not see anything about towels. To be fair, they did not mention the towels would be included. Also, no coffee filters, no salt, no pepper, nothing left over from previous guests. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is the first which did not have some quantity of community supplies left over from previous guests. View of the ocean/beach was amazing! The condo has been upgraded, very nice & clean! The balcony view was the best part. Pier Park is walking distance which was amazing. Over all unit was nice, however the kitchen minimal items to cook with, and we could only find 4 coffee cups. The unit sleeps 6 but we were only left 2 bath towels for each bathroom. (4 total) If it sleeps 6 each person should be left bath towels. If you stay here I recommend bring a few extra items if you want to cook or bathe. ##### Liza T. We could walk to a majority of the shops and restaurants. This property looks exactly like the pictures. We had an amazing view of the pier, beach and the ocean. It continues to get better! Beautifully decorated, family functional, pristine view, and the hosts have thought of everything you might need!
