Amazing gulf-front condo, located in a premier resort with abundant amenities!! Unit 603 is a desirable lower-floor unit with an open floor plan, hallway bunks, granite countertops, and updated flooring in the private master bedroom and living room.

The master bedroom has a new king mattress and a private bathroom. If you're bringing extra friends or children the bunk beds in the hallway are perfect along with the hall bath with a tub/shower combo. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials needed and a spacious living room. The unit is one of the larger one-bedroom units at 934 square feet.

Tidewater is an ideal Gulf-front vacation spot with multiple pools, hot tubs, heated indoor pool, restaurant, tiki bar, spa and movie theater all within walking distance to Pier Park. It is only a 15-minute drive from NWFL Beaches International Airport. There is a security doorbell camera at the condo entrance.

Exactly as advertised

Condo was exactly as advertised. Clean and Comfortable beds and furniture. Owner responded immediately when we called for assistance and was a great help. Only complaint was elevators weren’t all working and left a lot of congestion throughout the stay.

Stay away from Tidewater unit 603 (Panama City)! Don't book here! We had booked this condo for the week. Upon entering the unit, there was a strong mildew smell. The floors were super dirty, within minutes of walking, the bottoms of our foot were black, full of sand. (Keep in mind, we had not gone down to the beach yet) Our children were bit by bed bugs on the bed and bunk beds. TV cable in the bedroom did not work at all. Furniture, linens and everything is very outdated. The day after check out, they wanted to charge us $150 for replacement for a kit kat stain on the bed sheet (in which they thought was blood stain). They claim the day before cannot wash off, which is a total LIE. We don't mind getting charged for legit damages that were caused by us, but these type of chocolate wash off easily! I'm pretty sure they threw away the worn and outdated sheets just to get new ones in. Elevator was just a hassle of getting on and off. The most we waited on was 30 minutes! Most of the time we had to take the stairs since its the 6th floor! Ridiculous. Overall, we didn't want to give a bad review, but since they want to charge us for a small chocolate stain that can wash off. We are laying it all out on here. Unit need to upgrade or keep in check with their house keeping because it was poorly cleaned upon arrival.

This was the best!!

This property was wonderful. With that said the owner was even better. We would come back to this property over and over. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We hope to reserve this unit again.

GREAT CONDO!!

We booked a week before our Vacation, and the condo we had so nice & clean. The elevators are a little slow, but overall Tidewater & This condo was Great!
