This condo is located within a beachfront resort which includes 2 swimming pools, 1 heated seasonally, hot tub, tiki bar on site, work out room, game room, balcony overlooking pools, tennis courts. A quiet resort with 24 hour security, so sit back and relax. The living room is furnished with comfy sofa and chairs and flat panel TV. Each bedroom also has it's own flat panel TV. The sofa becomes a queen size bed when it's time to turn in. Master has king bed and includes private access to the balcony overlooking the beach and the pools, 2nd bedroom has a king bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The dining room seats 8 easily and the kitchen is fully furnished with full size appliances, ready for your use if you want to eat in. it's just a snack or a full meal. 1144 square feet allows room to stretch out and enjoy. Both bathrooms are being newly remodeled between guests. There is a stackable washer and dryer next to bathrooms for your use. Not only luxury towels provided but luxury sheets as well. Each bathroom has a hair dryer mounted to wall. One less thing to pack for vacation. After a visit here, you will be totally refreshed and anticipating another visit. When we were leaving, the elevators were so slow and had so many people that after waiting for it to go up and down 5 times, we took the stairs. This is the second year at Regency Towers, last year we stayed on the 7th floor which was ok, but the 3rd floor was great!!!! The owner was very easy and it was clean and roomy! Can’t wait to come back!! Super comfy beds, well insulated (couldn’t hear the poolside karaoke when inside the condo), quick beach/pool access, amazing view (the photos don’t do it justice), and a fully-stocked kitchen. Family friendly property, lovely room. Only two minor drawbacks- needs new pillows in master and the west end (closest) elevator was out of order, so we had to carry everything up/down stairs (other elevators had long waits.
