Enjoy Incredible Views from our large (1700 sq ft) third floor condo with wrap-around balcony. If this unit is not available for your preferred dates, have a look at our other unit right across the way - VRBO #895991.

The entire front wall of the large living and dining areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows while four sliders allow balcony access from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and second guest bedroom making you feel like you are ON the beach!

Whatever you love most about beach life - the sunrise, sunsets, observing the dolphins & birds, gazing at the waves, or watching the folks down on the beach, you have a front row seat! Our condo is on the third floor of a midrise building (no waiting for elevators!), with plenty of convenient parking, is closest to the water and just steps away from beach access and all the great amenities that Edgewater has to offer.

Our large living room opens to the dining room and kitchen/bar area with granite counter tops providing an ideal entertaining area. Enjoy watching movies on our 60' flat screen TV with lots of seating for the entire family. All three bedroom suites feature luxury bedding & linens, casually elegant decor, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms, perfect when everyone is getting ready for a night on the town after a great day at the beach and pools!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great condo in the best location

The condo was very big and very comfortable. The wrap around balcony was the best! It is in the best location for getting in and out during peak season times! Eating and shopping was convenient. And, complex had so much to offer! We enjoyed it all.

The title says it all - great condo and highly recommend! Plenty of room for our family with easy access to the beach or pool. Convenient parking onsite with security gates. We love this resort, and enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Perfect Spot for a Girls’ Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful with answering our questions prior to arriving. The condo is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the 3rd floor view was absolutely perfect! Enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Resort. Meredith, our go to girl for the condo, was Amazing. The views from the condo were awesome. Highly recommend. Beach is basically down the elevator and to the right. :)

Great accommodations! Loved the condo. Perfect for my family’s stay. My boys are very tall so the condos with bunk beds/ pull out couches don’t work for us. The beds were very comfortable. Great view of the beach. Meredith responded fast to my questions. Will definitely stay there again!

Home Away From Home

I found the property to be clean and inviting. The condo owner was easily reachable and kept us informed as a Hurricane was expected before our stay but she let us know details each day. There was plenty of room for our family and we loved the views from the windows and balcony. We enjoyed it very much and will book again!

Don’t hesitate to book this place.

I found this place due to a last minute cancellation. Decided to drag my entire family to the beach. Imagine a mother in law griping about everything and then imagine it going in one ear and out the other because the condo was so relaxing. Pools were great. Beach access points were great. Space was great. The only complaint I have is not staying longer. Meridith was a great host and very responsive to messages.

Perfection!!

We LOVED this condo! It’s spacious, clean, the view is incredible. Meredith, our host, was phenomenal! It just doesn’t get better than this. We never had to wait on the elevator (and we were here during July 4th week). The beach access was great. The parking is better than anywhere we have ever stayed. I could go on and on. We will try and book this condo every year when we go. I don’t think there is any other that could compare!
