Calypso 2nd Floor Paradise- VIP parking- Daily Beach Chairs - Tower 1 Oceanfront

  • I ONLY RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM MEMORIAL DAY UNTIL AUGUST 3.
    VIP Parking under the tower. No long walks from the parking garage across the street. No looking for a good parking spot near the elevator. You actually park underneath the Tower in the owner's private garage.

    No long check-in lines or waits. You will be given a code to access the parking garage and also a code for the condo. When you arrive, go straight to the condo. No keys to keep up with!

    Stayed at Calypso before and hated the long waits for an elevator? Not in my condo! Take a left out of my condo and go four doors down and you will be at the stairs. Go down one floor for the pool/beach ground floor. Go down two floors and you are in the underground garage where your car is all nice and cool. Elevators are just around the corner for your convenience. Perfect location!

    Beach service included with your rental! March-October ($350 value - includes daily use of two chairs and an umbrella.). FREE WIFI in the condo.

    2nd floor condo overlooking the pool with beautiful ocean views. You can hear the ocean from the balcony. Beautiful view of the ocean and the pier.

    Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in kitchen. Complete kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice relaxing meal while enjoying the beautiful views. Wine refrigerator.

    Sit on the balcony and relax and watch your kids swim below in the pool.

    One bedroom with king size bed. Two bunk beds in the hallway enclove. New Queen size sleeper sofa and recliner. 2 full baths (one with bath tub/shower and other with standup shower) with granite countertops. Sleeps 6. New Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.

    New Exercise room is located on third floor.

    Tiki bar between the two pools which serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The pool at our tower is heated in the winter and spring.

    Easy walk to Pier Park from our condo or to the pier for a day of fishing.

    ** We also have a condo at Long Beach Resort if this one is not available for your requested dates or you need a bigger condo. 2 bedrooms - 2 baths. Sleeps 8. VRBO # 407806 - newly remodeled!

The Calypso is in a great location within walking distance to everything you need! The condo was exactly as described and had so many extras other condos didn’t offer. The reserved parking space made coming and going easy and we used the beach chairs daily.

We cannot say enough about Tammy and her unit at the Calypso. The condo was clean and perfect in every way, the view from the 2nd floor balcony is breathtaking and became our morning routine for coffee and watching the Dolphins. The private parking garage and free beach service is an added convenience that was much appreciated. Tammy goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is uncomplicated and enjoyable. Beachfront bliss

The location was perfect. Loved the designated parking. So convenient. We were able to walk to dinner most nights. Closest to the beach and having the designated beach chairs and umbrella was perfect! Loved having the low beach chairs to borrow to sit closer to the beach and we really enjoyed the Floridopoly game!! Plenty of room and for the first time ever plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone so I didn’t have to do laundry every day!! I would definitely stay here again!

My family of 6 stayed here at the end of July and it was not to pricey and had a great view even from the 2nd floor. Honestly I loved not having to go up 100 floors to get to our room. We used the stairs mostly. It has a private parking spot and guest parking across the road (not far). We could see the oldest kids from the balcony in the pool. Tammy was very easy going to get ahold of can’t wait to go back and use her! Room was clean and great for a family!

Breathtaking View a 10 Stars

This Condo couldn’t have been more perfect. 2nd floor and being able to park in the owners garage saved so much back and forth leaving more time to take in the views from the balcony or walk the beach. The Pier was right there along with food and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Plus the Tiki Bar by the pool had amazing cocktails and great Music always playing. We will definitely return to the Calypso Condo again. Only thing to note was we had to make a trip to the store for a few things that most VRBO’s provide as amenities. No Kleenex, no extra TP. Aside from that, it was a 10 !!

The condo could not be in a better location. 2nd floor is absolutely perfect. You park right under the condo and it's just two, quick floors up to your front door. Easy and hassle free. The condo is super clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and you can walk down one flight of stairs, past the great Tiki Bar and be sitting on the included beach chairs in about 45 seconds. Location is perfect if you're looking for a no hassle vacation. Tammy is great to work with. She is super quick to answer any question you may have. This could not have been an easier, stress free condo rental. You can also walk to everything from restaurants, bars, shopping, pier, etc. I cannot recommend this condo more.

Excellent! Our new favorite!

We loved everything about this place! Calypso as a whole was a great experience. The property and grounds are well kept, and it’s an easy walk to Pier Park and numerous dining options. The Tiki bar between the pools is an added bonus! The pools are kept clean and are very spacious, we never felt that the pool area was overcrowded, which has been an issue for us elsewhere in the past. The condo itself was immaculate, everything was squeaky clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for any meal you’d want to prepare. The king bed was comfy, and my 10 year old loved the bunks in the hallway. The bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and washcloths for our family of 3 to use all week. The included beach service with chairs and umbrella were awesome, I was so happy to not have to set up my own. There were also 2 nice chairs stowed under the bunk beds if you need extra or if you like some beach time in the evening like we do. All in all, Calypso and this condo are a 10 out of 10, we’ll definitely stay here again. The owner is great to deal with, and even gave us a call to let us know we could check in early since the cleaning crew was done. Thank you Tammy for a great week!
