Spacious beachfront condo with balcony Welcome to your Sanctuary! This spacious beachfront condo offers breathtaking views and a private balcony. Step inside and immediately take in the floor to ceiling windows that provide one of the best views of the gorgeous Gulf. It is the perfect location for basking in the morning sun or marveling at one of PCB's stunning, nightly sunsets. Enjoy the scenery from behind the glass or step out onto our huge private balcony where you can smell the salt air and hear the crashing waves. The pristine, turquoise waters of the Gulf and its famed sugar sand beaches stretch as far as the eye can see. Within this beautifully decorated condo, a full-sized kitchen has been equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks for your hungry crew. An open concept dining area and living room have ample seating for everyone and a flat screen TV with HD service high-speed Wifi for your entertainment. Your group can dine together at a comfortable table for eight, a large breakfast bar, or seaside on the balcony. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV with HD service, and private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV with HD service, walk-in closet, double vanity area, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. Our heavy-duty, solid pine bunks can accommodate 175 pounds on top and 200 pounds on the bottom. An additional twin roll away can be set up upon request if there is a 7th guest. There is even a full-sized washer and dryer for any laundry needs that you may have while visiting. Our beach lending closet has been stocked with a variety of beach essentials for our guest use during their stay. Inside you will usually find things like beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, floaties, a beach bag, an insulated tote, a beach blanket, various sand toys, some beach towels, and an abandoned supply of sunscreen. All we ask is that you rinse and dry the items at the outdoor showers before putting them away neatly. Cleaning this area is not part of my housekeeper's job. This 1,366 square foot, beachfront condo will comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests and provide plenty of space for your loved ones to relax and spread out. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host with proof of ID and a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.) When you need a break from the beach, this 8th floor condo is just steps from a lavishly landscaped lagoon pool, full service dining at Oceans restaurant, Starbucks, a sundry/ice cream shop, a children's splash pad, and more. There is also a seasonally-heated pool and hot tub right in front of our tower as well as a clubhouse, fitness center, pickle ball, basketball, tennis, shuffle board, and 9-hole executive golf course just across the resort's private pedestrian bridge. A free resort tram can take you around the property. Just outside the perimeter of our gated resort is a myriad of walkable restaurants, shops, and entertainment--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House. There 50 different places within a 1-mile radius. My teenage son and I, along with two of his friends, had a great week at your property. This was our first spring break in several years where we deviated from our normal spot and I’m glad we did. The resort had everything we needed with the pools and beach access along with an on-site restaurant and a little shop. Unfortunately, the tiki bar was closed all week, so I didn’t get to enjoy that, but that was no big loss.The condo is very well appointed and extremely clean. Plenty of towels and starter kits of soap and shampoo to get you through a few days. Also, plenty of kitchen items if you want to make your own meals, which we took advantage of a couple times. The beach, chairs and toys were a great touch as well.The owner was very accessible with any questions that we had. Her response time was great and she answered any questions we had very promptly. When we walked in, we instantly fell in love with the gorgeous view of the beach from The living room, dining room and kitchen. We literally did not want to leave our condo. We love the view so much that we decided to eat in most nights which was perfect because the kitchen had everything that we needed. The beach was an easy walk and it was nice that the condo had beach chairs and beach toys as well. The decor was very homey and our family loved our stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly need from story books and boogie boards to muffin pans and spatulas. Beds are comfortable and very clean. The two reclining chairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf is the perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and reading a book. The condo is located close to the pools, restaurants and beach entrance, but far enough to avoid the entertainment noise from the resort. There is karaoke for the kids, poolside movies, and dance parties. Edgewater is close to activities around the town. The only issue I had was leaving at the end our stay! ##### Kim T. The views are stunning and condo is so cozy. The property has the best amenities and gorgeous pools. It felt like we were in exotic destination, small piece of paradise in FL. Deb, is an amazing host and has decorated the condo beautifully. Fully stocked so you don’t have to leave your paradise. Sunsets views are spectacular from the balcony or on the beach. ##### Maria B. Very clean and nicely decorated with all the beach amenities needed for a great vacation. Edgewater is also a great location.
