Suitable for a family or travel group, this Florida-style vacation rental boasts elegant touches, comfortable furnishings, and incredible views off the balcony. The well-equipped, full kitchen comes with everything you'll need to prepare anything from quick snacks to full-course dinners. Enjoy meals together at the large breakfast bar, in the elegant dining area with seating for six, or outside on your furnished balcony. The living area is all ready for movie nights with a large, cable-equipped flatscreen TV and plush, leather seating. Just add popcorn! And when it's time to head out and play, guests will enjoy access to shared pools and a fitness center, all just steps from the beach.

This Gulf front condo is just a few steps from the sugary white sands of Panama City Beach, where you'll find great opportunities to parasail, jet ski, and fish from the shore. You'll be just a little over a mile from Gulf World where you can catch a dolphin show and get up close and personal with a variety of other wildlife. This vacation rental is also a mile from Pier Park, home to some of the area's best shopping, dining, and entertainment including Dave & Busters and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 28.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Experience with Amazing View

This was the best experience we’ve ever had! Was very clean, comfortable and had anything we needed. We comfortably slept 6 adults / 4 children and prepared meals with with everything needed. Outside of the home itself, the resort was very nice and convenient to access beach. Highly recommend!

We loved the condo, amenities, and the area! The ONLY complaint we had was the elevators. They are a whole situation, but once we learned the flow of traffic and how to plan accordingly, it was a little smoother. This condo was very clean and spacious! We loved the option of one bathroom per bedroom. Also, the king bed with bunk beds in one room was perfect for our party! We will definitely stay here again!

The condo itself and the amenities were great! The location was close to everything as well. The only issues we had were with the elevators in the building. There were way too many people for the small amount of elevators in the building. There was also an elevator that wasn’t working.

Dishes had an awful odor. Had the rewash everything. Garbage can in kitchen was sized for a bathroom. Mater bedroom bed post were broken. Sliding glass door to balcony needs complete adjustment. Balcony furniture had strawberry drink all over it. Had to clean it too. Very disappointing to pay what we paid for this place.

Happy to return!

Back again for an October getaway and the owner has made some fabulous upgrades! Replaced carpet with new flooring (it's BEAUTIFUL), the cabinets and hardware have been renovated (looks fantastic) and replaced the dishwasher. We love this unit. It's spacious, elegant and wonderfully comfortable! The owner is an excellent communicator and makes sure you have everything you need for a perfectly relaxing stay. A bit chilly for the first few days to enjoy the patio, but the rest of our stay was spent mostly out there - and were treated to a manatee sighting! The view from the 28th floor is spectacular! Property staff is super friendly, property itself is beautiful and clean, parking is a breeze and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Very spacious

We were very satisfied with this condo. Our group included my husband and I with 2 of our adult children and their spouses with our 2 year old grand baby and we had plenty of space with privacy. The living and dining area was perfect for nighttime games. The balcony area was small but perfect for 4 at a time to have a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise

Dirty Sheets!!

When my family of 6 arrived at our condo there was 2 ladies in the room inspecting it to make sure the cleaners did their jobs. After traveling 10hrs my granny was ready for bed around 6pm (we had been up since 1am) she goes to get in bed and there is sand and someone’s hair still in the sheets! Then we checked and none of the 6 beds had been changed. I called to ask for clean linens and they had me back and fourth for hours with people. By 9pm they tell me someone will be there in the morning with new linens. I said so you want us to sleep in dirty beds tonight? Finally someone brought us clean bedding by 9:30.

Great with isssues

The condo size was perfect for our family. Location and rooms were great. We knew coming to the condo about the elevator so that wasn't a huge issue. Our issue was the lack of cleaning. There was mold on the shower curtains in the en suites. Black mold in the master shower. The way it was fixed was to just spray bleach. Not to actually scrub the shower...I did that. The floors are swept but not washed. They were very gross. There was sand everywhere you looked. It is sad that such a beautiful condo is not being kept clean by the property managers,.

Short getaway

We were 7 adults and an infant. It was very cozy and roomy, oversized rooms, great view. Everything what we needed it was there, except couple tips for next guest: it was chilly weather, so couple our guests wanted extra blankets overnight, so we had to use some extra infants blankets 😂. Also it would be nice to have extra coffee filters for starters. We brought our coffee, but there were no filters (other places usually have some). And I was missing some simple windex to clean up after ourselves. Glass table, glass sliding door was getting dirty, so for me being OCD it was a necessity to have on daily use. Maybe these would be just few tips for management to think about. Overall, our Family was happy with this stay and don’t mind coming back ☺️

Elegant, comfortable, convenient!

We loved our stay here for Thunder Beach (Bike Week)! Parking was a breeze - we had one car and two motorcycles. Tidewater did a fabulous job marking off areas for our bikes. In and out was super easy. They also have you leave your drivers license in exchange for a valet cart, so there was never a shortage of those. Check in was very quick/efficient - we pre-registered so remember to do that. Elevators were very quick and reliable. The condo is fabulously spacious. Although there were only 4 adults in our party, we could see it perfectly for many more. We felt right at home - plenty of towels, bedding and the beds are super comfortable. Our absolute favorite feature of this condo is the balcony table and chairs! We spent 90% of our time out there (of course it is October and not July/August). The view, the privacy and the comfortable chairs! The owner is awesome - always quick to respond if we had a question and always supplying important information like passwords and entry codes. We will most definitely stay here again!

Couches, love seat and recliner all leather and all reclined. Was a great way to end the day watching a movie. Kitchen with stainless appliances and everything you need to cook if you chose to. All soft comfortable beds with nice bathrooms. Very clean and beautiful balcony views. Tidewater Resort was nice as well with 3 pools, movie theatre and game room.

Unit #2802 was amazing! Everything was perfect and as comfortable as our own home. Kitchen was fully stocked with more than you would ever need. Beds were large and comfortable! The recliners were the bomb! View was spectacular! This unit will not disappoint!
