***ONE OF THE NICEST WATERCREST UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT***

16th floor condo at The Watercrest, PCB.

The living room and all of the bedrooms have mounted flat screen tv's with cable.

The master bedroom has one King size bed with ocean views and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom has a nice walk in shower with glass doors.

The second bedroom overlooking the water has a king size bed, flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower in it with glass doors.

The third bedroom has two full size beds.

The living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa so the condo comfortably sleeps 10.

The third bathroom is newly renovated also with a walk in shower.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances.
Beach Chairs included (March-October)
Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

We enjoyed our stay at Watercrest 1604 this year. The view from the 16th floor was amazing! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 throughout the condo. We are looking forward to another family trip to PCB next fall.

The view was amazing. The walkway to the beach made it so much easier to get to the free chairs. The elevators were very fast. The location was perfect. The condo was very nice and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having the beach chairs was so nice! The condo did not disappoint - very roomy and beautiful views of the Gulf. Loved being out on the deck! The location was perfect - close enough to food but far enough from busy area. Beach was beautiful - of course! Bring your beach towels as we did not pack any and the condo did not provide.

Making memories

We went to PCB for my daughters wedding. We had family, and lifelong friends with us. We all stayed at Watercrest so it was very convenient. Our unit provided plenty of space, beautiful views and having 3 bed and 3 bathrooms made our stay super comfy! Would definately rent here again.

Perfect Condo!

My husband and I rented this condo for the week of Thanksgiving for ourselves and our parents. The condo was absolutely perfect! Each couple had ample privacy with a bathroom in each bedroom, the kitchen was perfect for cooking a big meal and the balcony had enough seating for everyone to enjoy the view. The complex is very well maintained. I will book this condo again!

Great location and gorgeous views. Just needs some improvements: the floors had sand all over them, the walls need to be cleaned and painted, kitchen cabinets needs to be cleaned and painted, the couch needs to be moved and swept/mopped under due to a lot of sand under them, the air vents needs to be cleaned, the ceiling tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to a leak. Extra toilet paper and trash bags and a rug in the living room would be helpful. Overall not a bad place to stay, would stay here again.

In Destin we traveled somewhere each night to see the sunset but here I laid in the bed and viewed the beauty!!! Wow It’s also a quieter part of PCB which we loved and no crowds!! My only suggestion would be to get a better mop/vacuum. The vacuum shoots the sand back out and the mop was filthy so the floors stayed pretty sandy. It was spacious and beautiful and fit us 6 well. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely disappointed with the service that was given by the rental company. We had no working TV service for the entire week. We called or emailed every day of our stay. We were never given service. We also did not have air conditioning for two days and never received a service call. The floor was extremely slick and could definitely use rugs throughout the condo. Kitchen was very well stocked and view was great. Hot water took a very long time to get hot. Would not rent from again.
