Grand Panama 1-205 Directly on the Gulf, on the 2nd floor, with the LARGEST Balcony in all of Grand Panama.

2 BR/2BA with bunk area.

Our beachfront unit 1-205 is on the 2nd floor with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.

Must Be 25 or older to reserve.

Pet considered with additional $225 plus tax per pet. Dogs only, must be under 25 lbs. with no exceptions as well as a $50 to the HOA per pet for a pet tag

Beautiful condo on the beach

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for a week. It was just us two at the condo. It was very convenient to the beach and all of the nearby restaurants and shopping. The condo exceeded our expectations and had a really nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

Beautiful condo-it has everything you will need, and the view from the balcony is amazing. We have stayed in many condos at Grand Panama, and this is the nicest condo we have ever rented. We could not get the dishwasher to work (user error) and Warren Beach Rentals had someone out in 3 hours. I highly recommend renting from them. Trish is great to work with!

Grand Panama 205 exceeded our expectations! The balcony is amazing - it really is much larger than the others! The location is easy to get in and out with it being on the 2nd floor and located close to the elevator. Everything in the room was as described and met our needs. Check-in and out was easy and communication was great! There was an issue with one of the tv’s and I received a text letting us know before we even checked in that they were working on it and it was fixed before we even got there. Highly recommend this property!

The condo is very nice. We did have a few issues upon arrival that needed addressed and were. Wonderful deck area. Very well stocked. I wish there had been an open cupboard for food. I just stacked up their dishes and made some room. The living room sofa was not very comfortable. It is unfortunate that owners have to put old furniture in their units due to guests not respecting property. When you stay for an extended period of time and weather is cool, you spend more time in the unit. The TV was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Panama. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The balcony was AMAZING! No problems checking in or out. The only reason for a 4 Star Review- I emailed the “help” email about the dishwasher not working (no lights, no sounds, etc) and got zero reply. I texted the maintenance number the next day, only to find out that maintenance had indeed been in our condo (without us knowing) to check into the issue with the dishwasher. Some guests may be fine with that, we were not. Apparently there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher (that’s just how it operates). I would have appreciated the heads up that someone other than us would be entering the condo. Overall, I would stay and book with them again.

Awesome stay!

We have been going to PCB for 17 years mostly on the West end, this is the first time on this side of Pier Park and at Grand Panama. Condo was excellent, description was on point. Tiki bar drinks and food was great and reasonable for a quick bite. Staff was impeccable from the security, cleaning staff and pool staff.

Stayed at many places in PCB.. Staying in this condo was an amazing experience.. Seamless process working with the property management and owners. Perfect vacation!

This is our 3rd time at the Grand Panama and it was incredible again! This lovely unit was clean and well stocked with what we needed to prepare simple meals. Good coffeepot, comfortable beds, ice and water on the fridge. Netflix on the TV. Right off the elevator made it easy to get to the beach. The pool gets cleaned every single morning. Plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the sunset. Lots of chairs available in the closet by the door to take down to the beach. Bring your own beach towels ! Check in/out extremely easy- very responsive host. I always use Warren Beach Rentals. It is like getting a pm free compared to other rental platforms with all of the extra fees. See you next Nov!
