Enjoy the comfort and quiet of this newly built single family residential home in the private Gated Community of Treetop located in Seacrest Beach, and is a short walk to the Seacrest private deeded beach access and less than 1 minute to the private community pool. The TreeTop community at Seacrest Beach is one of only a handful along scenic 30A with direct access to BOTH Hwy 98 and 30A - thus, during high season, guest have the option of avoiding the endless summer traffic on 30A making trips to the nearby new Publix, or other beaches in high traffic times. Enjoy bicycling or walking to and from Seacrest Village, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach and Alys Beach, all within a short distance of the property! The large custom-built dining room table seats 6 , the extended kitchen island seats 6, and the outdoor dining screen porch seats 5 which provides room for everyone to spread out during meals.. Other amenities include fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker, flat screen tv’s in every bedroom, washer/dryer, board games, cards, WIFI, two parking spaces, an outdoor hand shower and curbside trash pick-up twice a week. House Rules: Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property at any time . As much as we love pets, they are unfortunately not allowed on the property. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, the home was in great condition and the hosts were very responsive. We really appreciated the use of the bikes and the screened in porch made for relaxing mornings. There were several pools within the area to choose from as well. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and very clean. We used the bikes to ride to and from the beach and around town with ease. The house had everything we needed. The pool was right around the corner. We road our bikes to the beach, which was actually a lot of fun. The grocery store was just down the road. It is on a quiet street but so close to all the shops/beaches. We really enjoyed taking the bikes around town. One thing that would make the house even better is a gas grill, having to mess with charcoal was a bit time consuming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again! ##### Elizabeth S. The checkin process was a breeze, the house was spotless and fully stocked. The bikes and beach chairs were an added bonus. Communication was wonderful. The property is not located in the town of Rosemary Beach, but is a nice/short bike ride away. It is well positioned near many beaches, including ones with public access. There are plenty of dining options, grocery stores, and shops nearby. We rented a car and recommend having one. The home itself is cozy and comfortable. Access to a private and public beach are all within 1/2 mile from the residence, you may either walk or take the community provided tram. You can also use one of the many provided bikes to explore Rosemary beach. Shopping and food are a few minutes away in any direction. And your guests home is as welcoming and stocked as you can hope for. 5/5 stars, we will absolutely be returning. ##### Bill B. The location is farther away from the beach than we expected but the beach tram made it pretty easy. One of the adult bikes was pretty horrible but we made do. The bikes were a huge plus! We rode together all over the neighborhood, especially enjoying the beaches and playgrounds. It was perfect for entertaining our extended family as well. We went to a bonfire on the beach one night and a gorgeous wedding at the Pearl hotel another, all so close to our weekend home. Thanks for treasured memories ❤️ ##### Sydney B. Access to beach was easier than anticipated. Beds were super comfy (I’ve been to others with terrible mattresses). Shopping and dining an easy 5 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk! Only thing I would have loved was if the community pool was heated, which sounds like something that may happen in the future! The water was too chilly to swim when we were there end of March. My kids enjoyed the train set on the one rainy day we had. Home was well stocked! Thanks again! ##### Kristen C. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is well appointed, and they even provided a bike for each adult and child in our group. Since biking in this area is a necessity not an option it was great that we didn't have to rent bikes. Potential guests should know that the only pool you have access to is the small Treetop pool. And the other pools enforce this. Also, if you plan to rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach do so as soon as you book your vacation. Two comments for the owner - there is a very bad smell at the top of the stairs. Perhaps due to water damage? I wish that would have been taken care of before we arrived. Also, the mattress on the lower bunk bed in the room with the King bed is stained. I suggest a mattress pad if you are not replacing that mattress. ##### Jennifer F. If you have family, this place is for you! From all the toys/games, books, puzzles, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, beach toys, bikes, the owners were very thoughtful having all these at our finger tips..... We didn't have to worry about bringing all this extra stuff because it was already here! The kitchen was well stocked as well. The tram to the beach was very close from the home and the tram drivers didn't have a problem bringing us right to the house after a long day at the beach. All the drivers were wonderful. Location was very close to all the shops, restaurants etc... There is quite a bit of construction going on in the community which wouldn't stop me from booking but thought that should be noted. The bikes and the bike trailers were by far the best part of the entire trip. The kids rode bikes the entire time and we took them out as much as we could. The proximity to the beach was great and the pool was super awesome with shade for the hot days. My wife and I did complete one of the puzzles during our stay, the house was stocked with almost everything you could imagine. Plenty of board games and the direct tv was awesome as well. There is a house directly across the street that was actively under construction during our entire stay but it’s about 80% complete and shouldn’t be an issue for the future. There were plenty of beach towels for everyone and toys for the kids, truly a great place for a family or two families even. About a 15 minute drive to Pier Park in Panama City and we also ate at the Shade Bar and Grill one evening that was nice and kid friendly with the outdoor seating. ##### TAYLOR T. Which can make or break a VRBO stay. They delivered. As we planned our trip they gave us the skinny about some things to make it smoother (the rundown on each beach, getting groceries, etc.). Their instructions on everything were spot on. The day before we got there, there was a big storm that messed with the internet, thermostat and fridge (which suddenly quit a few days in). They addressed everything as quickly (including a next-day new fridge!) and these fairly big things never ruined our vacation. The bikes were a hit with all of us. The house was the perfect size for two families and had all the amenities we needed - including that big dining room table where we could all eat and play games together. The screened in patio is nice to eat or hang out on. And the kitchen has everything you need. (one note to future renters: our kids were 10-13 and the bunk room beds just fit the younger two, which was great; just don't read "bed" and assume it's full length as a heads up)The beach is super close. The pool is close (and just the right size). The neighborhood is quiet. Overall it was a great house and location for families. Pro Tip: do yourself a favor and hit the nearby Donut Hole. We did.
