To make your beach-stay more enjoyable, our condo offers 2 FREE beach chairs each day of your stay (seasonally from March 1 to October 31)! It gets better still, this property has not one but two side-by-side reserved parking spaces, for your vehicles, conveniently located on the second level parking, under the building and close to the elevators. No long walking distances to your car and no walking across the street! The first parking pass is free, an additional parking pass for a second vehicle cost $20. Welcome to our Ocean Reef coastal cottage condo! The condo is beach-front with an oversized 10x28 balcony with room for everyone. From the moment you walk-in you'll be awed by the upgraded features including beautiful wood plank siding, wood floors, upscale southern coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful bathrooms including a custom walk-in shower. The living room features a wrap around, leather, sectional sofa and arm chair that provides ample sitting for everyone. Enjoy gazing at the beautiful gulf water or watching evening movies on the wall-mounted, large screen, TV (with soundbar), or stretching out and taking relaxing naps on the comfortable sofa. Didn’t know how much we were going to enjoy being up so high. We purchased binoculars so we could see the marine life and boy did we get our fill! It was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had sitting on a balcony! And this wasn’t just a beautiful condo, the balcony had the most comfortable seating arrangements as well. Very well thought out! The place was very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the large laundry room right at the entryway, perfect for dropping off your beach towels etc. beautifully decorated and responsive property manager ( apparently the city was working on a water valve in the area and he was able to inform us about that situation). We stayed mid August, absolutely a perfect time! Not crowded at all! Great location on the beach. Great parking spaces! Around 30 steps from the fast elevators and close to your front door! The staff at Greta’s beach rentals was very nice and easy to work with and the app made things very easy. The condo was even better than the pictures shown . The furniture was amazingly comfortable ( I fell asleep on the couch each night before moving to the bed). The decor was gorgeous and I loved the view from the balcony. We saw sting rays, fish and dolphins. Another big plus was that the condo isn’t overcrowded so we had a great experience with the elevators. We also had a blast playing putt across the street. A restaurant favorite was right next door -Runaway Island . They had very yummy lunch specials. Another one was -Boondocks , the peanut butter pie is to die for . It was comfortable, well appointed and very clean! Having a full-size washer and dryer in the condo is a bonus.The building is very quiet. Having two reserved covered parking spaces in close proximity to the elevators is convenient.Many mornings and evenings were spent just relaxing on the large balcony and watching the devil rays swim in the shallow waters. Lots of dust it was beautifully designed and in a great location. Only one elevator was working during my stay, which was communicated to me the day I was arriving.
