An 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM curfew for anyone under the age of 18 will be implemented within the Village Community Association.

Curfew begins: September 23, 2026

Curfew remains in effect through: October 31, 2026

Curfew hours: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Applies to: Anyone under 18 years of age

During curfew hours, individuals under 18 must remain with a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult.

*The HOA will be pressure washing the building during January 2027 (dates are to follow)

Guests enjoy deeded access to the private, white-sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, as well as resort amenities that include two community pools and lush, landscaped grounds. Spend your mornings biking the scenic 30A trails (bike rentals available), your afternoons basking by the pool or on the sand, and your evenings exploring the lively village atmosphere right outside your door. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a relaxing family getaway, this studio delivers the perfect balance of boutique style, coastal luxury, and effortless convenience.



*Trolley service is unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs; it will be listed on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.
