At the west end of panama city beach, close to pier park with beautiful views up and down the beach from the largest balconies on the beach. A two bedroom condo with king-size beds in both rooms, plus a sofa-bed. A beautifully decorated condo that is a cut above the typical condo. Wireless internet and cable TV including HBO, DVD player and games for the rare afternoons that it rains. New this year is a big screen smart TV with netflix and amazon TV, and a new big screen TV in the Master Bedroom

Complex has 2 pools, hot tub, gym and tennis court.

The condo has a direct gulf view and good size balcony, very well equipped kitchen for people like us who cook. The property was clean and roomy to accommodate a senior and other family members. The owner is good to work with. We would definitely return.

Amazing Beachfront condo

We had an incredible stay at this condo right on the beach in PCB! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Easy access to the beach, great location close to restaurants. Perfect for families! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Outstanding 17th floor views!

Property was exactly as listed. Good communication with owners. Easy keyless entry. Included a front row chair set that was very nice. There is a 40 parking charge for the week that's payable on arrival at the office. Unit was extremely well stocked with anything you might need as far as cooking,dining,etc. Bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Condo

My cousin and I stayed at the condo for a week. It was as absolutely beautiful. The condo had everything you needed. The view on the porch was amazing! I would highly recommend staying at this condo. Everything was clean inside and having a beach front to see the ocean and sunset couldn’t have been better.

We are a family of 5 and enjoyed this condo more than any other. The view from the 17th floor was amazing for seeing marine life. We love the calmer west end of the beach. Beds were good and kitchen well stocked with all things needed. The owners were the best we've rented from!

Great view and close to fun

We were there for 7 nights. The beach was great and we were close to everything we decided to do. We had issues with the door locking but the owners gave a small refund to remedy the issues. They were VERY quick to respond with any questions.

Every time we're here, first thing I do is open the balcony door & walk out to the amazing view!!

Another fantastic 2 week stay!! Joe & Patty are wonderful owners. The overall building continues to be well maintained, updated, etc. (and no elevator issues) Best balcony on the beach-enjoy all our dinners we either cook (with handy, oceanfront grills) or takeout-best way to enjoy those beautiful sunsets! Very comfortable furniture & beds with plenty of outdoor balcony furniture also. Kitchen well supplied, updated appliances.

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I are very pleased with our stay at this condo. It was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The balcony was so roomy and the view was phenomenal. The furniture is new and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. It seemed like anything we needed was right there including items for the beach! The beach chair service was the best and we loved the heated pool and hit tub! This condo is literally right on the beach with very limited walking to access the beach. We would love to stay again!
