Beautifully Remodeled!! Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026\. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18\. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs. During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways. • The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project. • Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. The pictures of this place do not do it justice. The condo is beautiful. We took our 3 kids, there was plenty of space the condo has a great layout, the terrace is huge so you can eat a meal or enjoy your morning coffee. There are 2 pools one is heated and one is not. Going in March the non heated pool was freezing but there were still kids swimming in it. The only think that could have been better was the towel situation. All properties we’ve stayed at before have beach/pool towels but this one did not. So just know that - we went across the street and bought some. It is a great location and close to many nice restaurants and attractions. Walmart and walgreens right across the street. Loved the layout of this 2 bedroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony which made it ideal for our situation. The condo is well stocked and mostly pretty clean. Everything from booking to checkout was very simple. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. I loved the patio furniture, so comfy to sit on and enjoy the view. Absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. This unit was nicer than the other units I have stayed in at Long Beach resort. You will not be disappointed when you stay here. The location is perfect and close to anything you would need. Another plus, the entrance is gated with security.
