This property is an ideal stay for families or a girls getaway! Great location to ride bikes wherever you want to go. Big Bad Breakfast is a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot.

The description of property said it was on rosemary beach. The walk from property to ocean was 4monites. The property was on inlet beach. Walk to beach was more than 15 minutes. Probably wouldn’t have chosen that property if we had known. We had a toddler and were looking forward to much easier commute to beach.

Beautiful pool- pleasant and nice decor. The beach is not convenient though. But, we enjoyed pool anyway. Great restaurant!

I liked the decor of the whole place. Spaciouse room. Place was clean. Gym was well equiped Disappointing part was the inability to store beverages or warm food. Maybe you can make a common area for a microwave and refridgerator. Thank you

Super comfortable!
The staff was amazingly helpful. I booked the wrong room and they worked with hotels.com to get us into the larger room we needed. The room is nice and comfortable. The bed was great, and the couch was super comfortable. There are a few maintenance issues with the building, but they are working on them. The weirdest thing was the door combinations. You need a really LONG door code for your entryway door, and another to get into your room. I've never been somewhere where I need a 12 didget code to get into a door! On a side note, although the beach is only a couple blocks away, Florida just made a law that allows people to have make the beach private in front of their house. So we were chased off the beach.....

Coffee maker was not very good. No coffee cups were provided. Bed was pretty hard. There were no kleenex boxes. The room was clean and pretty.

We arrived around 6:30 and had difficulty finding our unit as check in was provided via a phone number; as a result, we did not know about any guest packet until we were leaving. I felt that the living room window treatments did not offer sufficient privacy.

If you like the pool at Alys Beach, you'll love this property! Brand new, amenity rich condos walking distance to trendy Rosemary Beach with lux pool area cabanas, loungers, gym, yoga deck and club house. It's an oasis of calm just 2 blocks from the beach.

The staff were really helpful and polite. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and Rosemary. What I didn’t like was the beach set up for the free rental chairs was not located on Winston beach access, you had to drive to Orange in Inlet. We ended up just buying some inexpensive chairs and walking. Also the aroma they use for the rooms was so pungent - it didn’t bother my husband but by then end of the stay it was so overwhelming. I would love to see duvets added. The blankets weren’t thick enough. Overall the hotel was great, location stella and the rooms were clean and updated. I would recommend to others.

The pool area was beautiful and kept very clean. Our condo was a perfect size and well equipped with all the kitchen tools needed. Loved having Big Bad Breakfast on-site.... great breakfast/brunch place! It was very convenient having the bike rentals on-site (2 included with room rental. Also nice to have the shuttle to and from the beach (only a 2-3 min drive) even though it is very walkable/bikeable). The staff was super friendly and helpful! The Rosemary Beach area is so beautiful and family friendly with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be back to visit!
