    Welcome to The Blue Pearl PCB, a completely remodeled two-story townhome-style villa in the heart of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Skip the "eternal beach lifts" and high-rise crowds—here, you can park right at your front door and be on the sand in minutes.

    🛌The Space
    Our 1,500 sq. ft. villa is designed for families who want space to breathe. With 3 full bathrooms (a rare find!), getting everyone ready for dinner after a day at the beach is a breeze.

    Living & Dining: Relax on an oversized sectional (queen sleeper) in front of a massive Smart TV. The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a farmhouse sink, Nespresso/Keurig station, and a social island for meal prep.

    Primary Suite: Features a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and a dedicated toddler/child bed.

    Guest Suite: Two twin beds with its own private en suite bathroom.

    Extra Bath: A third full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower is located on the main floor.

    Enjoy the Florida breeze on two oversized balconies. We’ve even provided a cornhole set for some family competition overlooking the resort views!

    Bonus: Your resort fee and one parking pass are included in your booking—no hidden guest fees at arrival!

    Notes: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card in his/her name on which a $300 damage deposit will be held ($500 at Spring break Mar 1-Apr 15). First and surnames plus ages of all occupants are required and our max occupancy (6 adults + 1 toddler) is strictly enforced. Booking includes the resort's fee and one vehicle. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay! The villa is equipped with little sweet stuff here and there to make visitors feel at home. Felt safe and appreciated the privacy. Plenty to do within walking distance.

Excellent Location! Beautiful Villa!

We love this property—so nice and clean with so many amenities included! A short walk to the main pool and beach made for a wonderful time at Panama City Beach. We will be back!

Best beach trip

My family and I absolutely loved staying at The Blue Pearl! It was so clean and organized. The owners put a lot of work into providing resources and information for visitors. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the resort had so much to offer our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach Vacation 2025

The Blue Pearl PCB is a gorgeous villa! It has every amenity you will need to enjoy your time at the beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with and communication was fantastic. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this rental!

The host was very responsive. Villa 310 was beautiful and well taken care of. There were all kinds of extra supplies if you forgot something. There’s a trams easy access they literally drop us off at the door. Also there’s a bridge to walk to the pool or beach access which is not a far walk. There is a shopping center across the street nearly walking distant cc pizza and Subways other restaurants too. I will definitely be using this Villa again is close to every thing we needed. I had the best vacation ever. The only downside was I had 2 car pass and my sister came and visited it was 100 dollars for her to park there so she park across the street and I picked her up. Other than that it was a amazing experience and beautiful villa with easy access to the beach and pool. Loved it. I visited on June 2026

Great Stay

The check in was process was very easy. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It was very organized and well labeled. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the beach, pools, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Vacation

The property is located in a resort that has several activities nearby. The house was very clean and had everything that was needed. Grocery store is not far away. Perfect for our vacation! We plan on coming back.

Great vacation

This has a great set up for a family. We were able to have little ones go to bed and still have some space to play games or watch tv at night. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home or packing lunches for the beach. The walk to the beach or other activities is doable with small children and very convenient. Great place to stay for a family vacation.

Wonderful unit and great location

We loved staying at Blue Pearl. Location of the unit is very peaceful on the golf course. Quick walk across the bridge to get to the beach. Furnishings in the condo were perfect - updated with a homey feel. Terri was happy to help if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Blue Pearl. It was a quick and easy walk to the pool and beach. Home was stocked with everything we needed and more! It was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs, umbrella and pack n’ play. Teri was the most supportive and responsive host. We can’t wait to stay here again one day!

Wonderful visit to PCB

Teri is an exceptional host! She thought of everything one might need while away from home. She communicates constantly, ensuring that all is well and is readily available to answer questions. The Blue Pearl is fantastic and very comfortable to dwell in. Location is ideal, overlooking part of the golf course and a very short walk to the beach. Lots to do in PCB. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic villa and host

The Blue Pearl villa has everything you will need for your stay. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The ocean is a short walk across the foot bridge and the heated pool is right outside your door. Tennis and pickleball courts are also close by. (You will need to pay for tennis, pickleball, golf and fitness center). Owner, Terri gets an A plus for her communication.

The blue pearl was exactly as pictured, even nicer then pics. It was super clean, actually spotless and so many extra thoughtful things that are to numerous to mention. From motion lights on the stairs, a fully equipped kitchen to bins of items in case a guest forgot something. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach and many restaurants. Teri was an awesome host, easy to communicate with, answered questions within minutesWould definitely recommend this place for a wonderful holiday!!

A 10 out of 10! Loved the communication with Teri! She was so thorough and went over every single detail! The condo itself was beautiful! The showers in the upstairs bathrooms were so nice and our little one loved her own toddler bed in the master bedroom. This was our 3rd stay at Edgewater and this condo surpasses any we have previously stayed in. We will 100% be back.

Perfect condo, perfect vacation!

Cannot say enough good things about this condo and the host! From the thoughtful, beautiful decor throughout, to the small details like an abundance of games for the kids, extra toothbrushes just in case you forgot one, an espresso machine, pool floats, sand toys, beach chairs, perfectly clean fresh white towels, the cutest toddler bed in the master bedroom.. this condo has everything a family could want or need. So many pools to choose from (the big one was a bit cold as we visited in April and it is not heated,but all 7 of the smaller pools were heated and were perfect). We felt as comfortable as we do at home. Teri has done a wonderful job and really cares to make your stay perfect. Super easy check in/check out process. We will definitely be back!

A+ property and property manager

I am very hard to please and this unit was fantastic. It is one of the most well-stocked units we have stayed in. This unit has everything you will need and more...including the cutest yoga mat you ever seen. The view and floorplan (in my opinion) are the best that Edgewater has to offer. The property manager went above and beyond for the duration of our stay. The unit was extremely clean...I am very picky in this area and was very satisfied. Excellent overall!!!! Highly recommend.

As a front office manger at the Ritz-Carlton, I have a great eye for quality. To say I was impressed is an understatement. This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. There are so many fine details to enhance your experience. From the decor, the fully stocked kitchen, local information, board games, beach accessories, down to the "things you might have forgotten" box. This home comes fully stocked with the expected and unexpected to me your expressed and unexpressed needs. There is a short walk to the beach, unless you are carrying a large load, which will slow you down. But the tram service is very helpful and quick. I traveled with my 7 week old, so cleanliness was very important, and the home home exceeded my expectations. Teri was also amazing, quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely be booking again.

We have stayed in Panama City many times and this was by far our favorite. The location was perfect with easy access to pools, beaches and restaurants while still having some privacy on our patio that overlooked a small pond. The condo was better than described and included many activities for the kids. It was extremely clean and fully stocked so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The Blue Pearl has something for everyone. We loved the lagoon pool, golf and all the turtles on the pond bank. It is close to everything you could want to explore. Teri made the process so easy from start to finish and was available anytime I had questions. A huge thank you to Teri and the Blue Pearl will now and forever be my first call when we plan future trips to Panama City.
