Perfect for families or close friends, the thoughtfully designed layout comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with two brand-new queen beds and a cozy bunk bed nook.

Situated on Thomas Drive, the complex is quiet but close to the action. You're just a short walk down the beach from the brand new Tootsie's Orchid Lounge and near numerous other local hotspots.
Guest Requirements & Resort Policies
~ Primary renter must be 21+ years of age, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present throughout the stay.
~ A $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) is required via credit/debit card prior to arrival. This is released following an uneventful stay.
~ A $30 resort fee per stay is payable directly to the resort upon arrival.
~ Maximum of 4 guests. No pets, ESAs, or outside visitors are permitted.
~ One guaranteed parking space is provided. A second space is subject to resort occupancy; off-site pay lot is available 1–2 miles away.
