Enjoy our luxurious, Beachfront, 12th floor condo located in the desirable west-end of Panama City Beach with a huge balcony (largest in Panama City Beach), and amazing views! When you step into our beautifully decorated unit, you will be hit with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico! Our condo's open layout allows you to have spectacular ocean views from nearly every living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. You have direct access to our extra-large 10’ x 28’ balcony via the living area and also the master bedroom. Our balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, spend relaxing afternoons and view fabulous sunsets while listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves! Our unit is smoke free. 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps six people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper in the living area. During your stay, enjoy complimentary umbrella beach service with 2 padded lounge chairs from March 15 – October 31\. Extra Chairs are in the condo for your use as well as Beach Towels and Beach Toys. For your convenience, condo also comes with a reserved, covered parking place just a few feet from the elevators. I cannot say enough great things about #1206, nor working with Randy in reserving this condo!! Randy is the type of manager you WANT to place your trust in & hand over your hard earned money for a week of relaxation. The condo is immaculately clean & decorated. This was a huge plus for my family. The washer/dryer inside the condo was a huge convenience & they are top notch. We were like kids on Christmas morn when discovering the large closet (in the living area) which included absolutely EVERYTHING needed for a beach day!! At least 5-6 chairs, umbrella, TOYS of all kinds for younger ones, extra beach towels, & even a nice canvas beach bag. You need NOTHING bc Randy & his team have taken care of every situation possible to complete your stay. We actually bought 2 boogie boards & 1 skim board and left those behind for the next family to enjoy. The master bed was EXTREMELY comfortable as well as the full beds in the second bedroom. Smart tv’s in bedrooms & living room was nice touch. Besides the extra beach towels, most comfortable bed ever, all extras in kitchen & beach closet - the reserved parking spot was a huge WIN!! No crowds at elevators not worrying about having a spot to park each time you leave. This is huge. We decided to give Mike's Oyster Bar a try & Im glad we did bc the food was GREAT!
