Surfs Up at Surfside Serenity at Bid-a-wee! Enjoy our home in the peaceful neighborhood of Bid-a-Wee beach with Private, Gated Beach Access just one block away! Perfect for families not wanting to battle busy condo elevators or fight for space on the beach! This 3 BR, 2 Bath has enough room to comfortably sleep the entire family or your group of friends. Centrally located in the heart of PCB. Take a stroll on the beach to nearby restaurants - walk to mini golf, go-karting, shopping & more!
The space
This is a two-story duplex home on a quiet block of residential/short term homes. Easy parking in front driveway, fenced backyard with patio furniture. Three bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms, one up and one down. Fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig coffee maker.
Guest access
If the booking dates you are wishing for aren't available, you can check and see if the other side is available. It is listed under my profile as well and we refer to it as Southern Serenity. It is also a 3 bedroom/2 bath home that sleeps seven. It could be a good option for family reunions where you need more space, etc.
