The property is professionally treated for your comfort. \-Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500\. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. \-This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind inside the home will result in a minimum $500 fee. ★HOUSE RULES★ This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. We have good plumbing but it is older and it does not handle flushable wipes well. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. ☞︎ No parties are allowed. ☞︎ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am. ☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 6 people (maximum 4 adults). Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest. ☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances.
