There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Other than a couple minor inconveniences with fan remotes, the place was perfect for me and my 4 friends. For the price, I don’t believe you could stay anywhere better. I will be going back year after year. I also want to add how AMAZING Morgan was. The property manager did return our call and provided us an alternative method to access the property. There were numerous issues with the property such as the close dryer not working and no water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink. The bedspread on the king size bed was heavily stained, the stairs were very dirty, and we found what appeared to be left over illegal substances from a previous guest.
