Resort Parking & Wristbands:

Parking pass must be pre-purchased before arrival. We'll need your email to register your vehicle. This unit is allowed up to one vehicle max, and cost $60 each (subject to change—please verify beforehand).
Wristbands will be in your unit upon arrival and are required for Tower III amenities. Calypso Tower I & II amenities are not accessible, but all guests can enjoy the beachfront tiki bar and pedestrian overpass.

Vacation

Sunset by the Seashore is a very clean, beautifully decorated condo. It felt very inviting the moment you walked through the door and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. You can park and not get back in your vehicle until departure. It's within walking distance to Pier Park where we enjoyed dinner every evening and shopping. Looking forward to booking our Spring vacation!

The room was clean and didn’t mind being across the street. But the tv was awful. The kids couldn’t watch anything. The internet wouldn’t stay on and the remote didn’t work have the time. They worked on it one day and I emailed them about the remote and I got no response

Beautiful Condo but inefficient check in

We never received parking info and since we received NO information regarding the check in process until 1 hour before strict check in time of 4 pm, we were already in route when we learned that the email contained no parking pass. The emergency number went to voice mail twice- Not professional. Then you receive numerous emails throughout your stay. I’d prefer one full informational email long before check-in then 1 hour before check-in provide the door and parking codes. Inside the condo the main TV did not work. Despite instructions we could never connect it to the internet. The bedroom TV worked but only with obscure Samsung TV channels, no streaming. The internet was spotty at best. The bathroom vent in the front bathroom (nice surprise of two full bathrooms) seemed to vent directly into the main bathroom (unpleasant.) Nice touch of 4 Keurig coffee pods and creamer packs as well as shampoo, condition, soap and lotion in both bathrooms. Unusual request to clean AND put away your dishes. Most condos just request putting dishes in the dishwasher and running the dishwasher. Surprisingly nice view from inside and outside condo even though it is not gulf front.

The property was amazing, very clean with a great view of the beach! It was great to have the gym, pool, and restaurant in the building and the walk to the beach only took 5 minutes. The only issues we ran into was one of the sliding doors to the balcony was stuck shut however that did not change how much we enjoyed the property.

Pool is amazing

Room was clean and beautifully decorated. Elevators were super fast never really waited for one all week. Cafe on first floor has great food. Only downside was that I was unaware it was across the street from the beach when booking.

Perfect View for the Sunset

I have stayed at Calypso, all 3 buildings in the past. the most recent was this past November 2024. This condo was phenomenal, I did not see a scratch, scuff mark anywhere. There was nothing I can complain about. The Decor was perfect. I will be returning and I will tell friends about this condo. We Loved ever second of it and we are already planning the next stay.

Perfect Honeymoon suite with views

This was the perfect space for my wife and I. It was not our honeymoon but it is the perfect little honeymoon suite. The place was beautifully decorated with amazing views of the water and pier park. Everything was so easy from renting, parking, and easy access. We will be visiting again and we would love to try to get the same place!

Calypso Condo

We had to put every single plate, bowl, cup, and all the silverware through the dishwasher! It was all dirty! There was no soap dish in the shower (and the shower door was opposite the faucet handles so turning on the water would get you drenched with ice cold water), and there was no dresser so we had no place to put our foldable clothes Other than that the condo was lovely.

Beautiful views and close to Pier Park

Clean and spacious condo. 2 bathrooms w/2 showers! Large deck area overlooking pool area and wonderful view of beach. Walking distance to beach, food, shopping, and bars. Garage access is easy. Would stay here again!
