Conveniently located. Our only issue was for a “pet friendly rental” there wasn’t any grass anywhere around the house! Property is walking distance from restaurants and stone throw from beach and pool. Place has all the amenities needed. 30A rental was great in communications. Book directly with them vs vrbo as vrbo doesn’t do anything except charge a fee. Bring a fake turf for dog to pee/poop as the place allows pets but had zero accommodations or amenities for pets. Also be aware beach is a situation. 100s of houses across from 30A have access to this small beach so it’s packed. Put chairs before 8 if you want front row. ##### Manu C. The only issue we had was the size and crowdedness of the beach. For the price we shouldn’t have had to struggle to find a place to place our chairs on the beach.
