King Bed, bunks and sofa bed! Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. This vacation rental features: Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed (Sleeps 2), bunk bed (Sleeps 2) Living room: Sleeper sofa (Sleeps 2) Full kitchen with Granite countertops Private balcony with a beautiful ocean view Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico! This property also has a lagoon. Beach and lake view from unit. Balcony view of nightly light show. Just steps away from 5 pools, entertainment, food, and drinks. Parking: The process for paying for permitted parking at Laketown Wharf is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided: 30a Seascpaes will share an invite link with the guest (a maximum of two cars are allowed per condo). The guest will then use the link provided to pay for parking. Resort Fees (including wristbands): Type C - 1-Bedroom: $86.97 (7 Bands) Type B - 2-Bedroom: $103.66 (9 Bands) Type D - 3-Bedroom (1483 sqft): $120.32 (10 Bands) Type A - 3-Bedroom (1681 sqft): $120.32 (10 Bands - Type A units may purchase up to two additional temporary bands at a cost of $12 each.) All Laketown guests are supposed to park in the garage only. A maximum of two cars are allowed per condo. Guests may print their parking passes directly from the portal. If you are unable to print the parking pass, you may visit the lobby where the concierge will print them. Utilize the 15-minute parking area while visiting the concierge in the lobby. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles in parking garages without parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner's expense. NOTE: We need to be notified immediately regarding last-minute bookings! If you book with less than 24 hour notice, please send an email right away! Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. I needed all of the check in information in one email not one from Vrbo and then another from 30seascapes and then one from another email address it was very confusing and I don’t think there should have been extra registration emails and charges by the resort for parking and arm bands.
