The location of the property was perfect--just a short walk to the beach and just a short walk to Pier Park. Great pool, ocean views and ocean directly across the street. Walking distance to pier park for anyone, five minute walk and Hershey's ice cream shop two minute walk. Great location! We were across the road from the beach. It also is close to pier park. We actually walked to pier park quite a few times instead of getting out in traffic. The beach was not crowded where we were bc we were not near any hotels or resorts. This house had great views of the ocean from the upstairs balcony. I really enjoyed the view of the golf from the balcony and the view from the window in the primary bedroom. The sound machines next to the bed was a nice surprise. New appliances that worked great. I really appreciated having a standard size washer and dryer as well. Lots of kitchen supplies. I stayed with my pup and remote worked. The dog beach was a short walk away. The location and being so close to Pier Park was perfect. Our only issue was the very dirty stained carpet, broken blinds, and other updates needed throughout such as the cabinets in bathrooms and kitchen that were in pretty rough shape. Short walk to beach access 60\. Fast internet adequate for working or streaming. Nice smart tvs in each room. Less than 5 minute walk to Pier Park. Beach is wide and uncrowded due to lack of high rise condos in immediate area. Parking enough for 2 large cars. Unfortunately, the home's floors were not clean when we arrived. There was still sand, pet hair, and human hair throughout the home on both floors. We had to clean the floors before we could move in. The carpet going up the stairs and through the hallway needs to be shampooed or replaced altogether. If we had small children, I would not want to stay at this place until the carpets are cleaned, or I would not allow them to be on the floor. The kitchen was stocked, and the place is well decorated. I loved the bed and the pillows, especially. The box fan also made me feel at home when sleeping and helped to drown out the loud traffic each night.
