Enjoy the world class amenities that Sterling Breeze has to offer. Free beach chair service (savings of $60/day!). Sterling Breeze is one of the most highly rated condos, and the only condo on the beach that allows grills on the patio! Imagine grilling fresh seafood and steaks while watching dolphin's play! It is located right on the beach, with a large gulf-front pool, and whirlpool spa. There is a poolside café and wine bar, state of the art fitness center, free high-speed internet, and on property covered parking. All this and less than 1/2 mile stroll down the beach to Pier Park shopping and dining. This 16th floor corner unit has granite counter tops, ceramic wood plank tile flooring throughout, and a large corner balcony with electric grill. Enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from your balcony. There are two master suites, and a 3rd bedroom with two bunk beds. The sofa is a queen sleeper. All rooms have flat screen Roku TV's. The king and queen beds have new memory foam mattresses that our guests love and rave about their comfort! Also, an extra-large capacity, front loading, washer and dryer. We are committed to providing the best maintained, cleanest unit on the beach - we spend many weeks here ourselves, with our children and grandchildren!

The Condo was in good condition. Perfect Beach time with family. We did cook a couple of meals during our stay so, would recommend having extra paper towel and dishwasher soap. Overall, a great stay and location.

Great experience

This was an awesome time in PCB. The property was clean and well maintained and as described in the listing. Everything went great and the host was great at communicating and answering questions. I would recommend this property for sure. After you book and arrive, enjoy the powder sand beach a few steps away!

Great place to stay

We had a great stay! The condo was well stocked, everything was clean, communication was quick, and the location was perfect. The only thing that could have been better was a refresh in the linens and towels. Many were stained and well-worn, but overall clean and usable.

The best vacation ever

Sterlingbreeze 1601, our family truly enjoyed our stay. We had our own rooms and bathrooms which made it enjoyable. The place was clean, roomy, and so cozy. The balcony views were breathtaking. Such a great place and location to enjoy with family.

Great Property

Amazing location with a wonderful view right on the beach! Just a couple blocks from Pier Park. We were able to walk the for dinner and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect. It was very homey and well taken care of. The space was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host was very responsive, friendly and quick to answer questions. The condo was very well kept and we will book again. If you visit during busy season be prepared to wait during the check -in process and for the elevator. No fault of the owner but the one working elevator made for long waits when trying to get to the room.

Beautiful Home

Beach weekend

We used the condo for a weekend in PCB with another family and our four kids. The condo was perfect! It was in a great location and had a great layout. Paula was super helpful and quickly responded to questions.

Amazing condo

This condo is amazing. It was clean and very spacious. We normally stay at the other end of PCB, but being in walking distance to Pier Park was nice. It was me, my husbannd, my parents, my 17 year old son, and 3 of this friends. This condo was perfect.

Amazing condo!!! Huge! Clean, cozy, everything we needed!

When we first checked in our code wasn't working. I got ahold of Paula and it was taken care of right away! She was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better Property Manager to work with. The condo was exactly as described. It had everything that you have been could possibly need down to sand toys and extra folding chairs. Thank you Paula for sharing your condo with our family! If I could give bonus points I would

We LOVED this property! My primary priorities were cleanliness, comfort, and noise levels to which this condo did not disappoint. We did not know about the air show and the bike rally occurring at the same time as our visit, and yet, it was such a pleasant surprise because of its location. The views for the beach, city, pier, and air show were all incredible. The condo was clean, very quiet (yes, it was surprisingly quiet even with the air show planes flying over!), the beds were comfortable, the check in/out process was so easy, and the condo was close to grocery, restaurants, activities, and the pier. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a wonderful (and super helpful) bonus. Also, the elevator was very fast with minimal wait times compared to other places we have stayed at in the past. From booking to our departure the owners made our overall experience even better by their clear communication and kindness. We'll definitely be returning!

Great Stay!

My husband and I along with our daughter, son-in-law and 6 children ranging from ages 2 to 16 stayed at this condo for 4 nights and 5 days. We felt the condo was roomy enough for all of us. Having the kids' room down the long hall away from noise and the living room TV was great. It was also nice to have 3 bathrooms with so many people. However, there were no mats to step out onto the floor from the bath/shower, and the instructions stated not to put the towels on the floor. We felt this was somewhat of a hazard, because my pregnant daughter almost slipped twice getting out of the shower in the master bathroom and stepping onto the tile floor. We had enough pots/pans/skillets and utensils to cook in the condo as well as glasses and dishes. Bring extra toilet paper/paper towels and trash bags if you have a large group like we did because you will need extra. Also, there is only a small bar of soap in the bathrooms for hand/body washing but we brought our own body wash/shampoo. There was never a long wait at the elevators and this condo is on the 16th floor. The elevators move fast. The pool area was nice and there is an area by the pool to eat and get drinks. You are just steps away from the beautiful beach too. Having to print your own parking pass is kind of a pain unless you have a printer to do that at home before you leave. An added plus is that this is a corner condo away from everyone so it is quiet. We would definately return!
