The property is located near St. Andrews State Park and is in walking distance to several bars and restaurants for the adult visitors. For the children’s entertainment there is a boardwalk style family entertainment park with games, rides, go karts, miniature golf. Within a short 5-minute drive you can explore all the entertainment and other popular Panama City Beach attractions. The House has an open floor plan. If we had not brought a thing, we would have needed nothing! The communication was great! I would definitely rent again! The pool was fantastic and the beach was so close. The area was very busy with all of the spring breakers but this home is a perfect distance from all the night activities that there was no issues. It is a1 minute walk from the beach and close to almost everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Highly recommended and would book again with no hesitation ##### Michael L. This house was simply amazing. My family and I can't say enough about it! The private pool in the back was just the right size alone with the back patio where we spent majority of our time when we were at the house. Access to the beach is just right across the street. This house was amazing as well as its proximity to the beach! Every bed was extremely comfortable, which is huge for us!! The heat in the pool was a game changer, as we ended up spending a lot of time in it that we wouldn’t have if the water had been cold. The beach wasn’t crowded any of the times we went, which was amazing!! The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond to any text sent. The only downfall for us was the group of very loud college boys staying at the property next to us, but that has nothing to do with the property and it certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying our time here.
