Sterling Reef #503- Free Beach Chairs!

  • NEWLY RENOVATED! TOP OF THE LINE! This gorgeous condo (Sterling Reef unit 503) features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king bed with access to a private bathroom, while the second bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to the second bathroom. The common area features a sleeper sofa for 2 as well, sleeping 6 total in the unit. This unit features ALL NEW furniture, paint, quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances. A 70-inch tv in the living area & 55-inch tv's in each bedroom!

    BBQ grills located on the 3rd floor parking deck landing.

    The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

    Condo complex is no smoking on the balcony, there's a dedicated smoking area near the BBQ grill complex space.

    The owner provides renters with FREE use of a 2 person beach cabana chair with a rental. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay)

    Sterling Reef is located just minutes from the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, a short drive to Pier Park and some of PCB's best restaurants like Firefly, Saltwater Grill, American Charlie, Pineapple Willy's, and numerous others. The county pier is just a 2 minute walk.

    INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
    RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Perfect beach trip! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything but still relaxing and quiet when we wanted downtime. The balcony views were amazing, the beach access was easy, and having our coffee while watching the water each morning was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the whole place felt like home.We had an incredible week and made lots of memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!! We will always try to stay in this condo when we are in PCB!

Perfect Property

My family (2 adults and 2 young children) stayed in at this property for spring break. It is a wonderful condo filled with updated appliances, beautiful decor, and a perfect view of the beach/ocean. The beach access and pool were amazing and the location is in between everything you’d need. We will definitely be back!

Great location, convenient to restaurants, the pier and grocery stores. We enjoyed our time and appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. The property manager was accommodating and quickly responded to messages. Plenty of space for our family of four. Beds and couch were comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place but

Everything for the most part was good except a few roaches were around, there was no cookie sheet or pizza cutter. Seems to me those two items should be standard. The ceiling fans were good except when you used the remote on one fan, it would jack with the other two fans in the condo. It was nice that one set of beach lounges were provided by the condo owner.

Perfect location, the beach in front of the condo was not super crowded and the beach was stunning!!! The condo was fully remodeled and absolutely gorgeous. Great location in reference to pier park/night life/Walmart/and amazing restaurants!

FANTASTIC!

We had an absolute blast at PCB! This unit was very clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. The host was fabulous and very quick to respond. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night, we will definitely be returning! Thanks for a great stay!
