Our family of 4 (teen and big kid) had a great week at this unit. I could walk from the back door to the water's edge in 2 minutes and that's at a middle-aged mom pace. The path to the beach is all private boardwalk, no streets to cross so you can feel safe letting the kids go ahead. Everything was just as described. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys and chairs. Having 3 king beds and 3 showers was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful but there is lots to do within a short drive. I definitely recommend renting bikes as we could bike to many shops and cafes. We spent our time biking, walking the beach, playing in the ocean and going out to eat and it was the perfect area for that. Communication with the property manager was very timely and they offered lots of suggestions for the area. The only thing I would note is that there are a lot of stairs to navigate - stairs within the unit, stairs from the deck to the backyard, and stairs from the boardwalk down to the beach. That was no problem for our family but if you are traveling with someone who needs to consider that, it's good to know. ##### Cindy H.
