Linda the property owner was so helpful and friendly you felt like you were dealing with a friend instead of business with a stranger. She was quick to respond to any question we had. My only complaint or point of frustration has nothing to do with the condo. Other than that every thing was nice clean and worked as expected. I will mention this and it has nothing to do with the actual condo it’s self, but if your visiting in the summer the elevators are horrible they are so slow we waited over 40 minutes for one. There are 7 but only 6 worked and only one in the parking garage worked the whole week. The stairs are hot and nasty if you plan on going that route, but I would definitely stay here again just not during the busy season. ##### Anita R. Excellent kitchen, dishes, utensils, and appliances. Huge amount of towels. The condo itself was fairly clean and well-maintained, but just had several signs that it’s in need of a good deep cleaning (dirty fingerprints on walls…dingy upholstery…dirt in the corners on the floors…etc.). The complex and building itself has some major maintenance needs that really detract from the overall experience. It certainly isn’t the owner’s fault (though I’m sure they could collectively push for repairs), but I can’t leave an honest review about our experience without mentioning it. If we could just be teleported into the apartment without having to mess with the crowded garage and broken security access system and slow elevator and dirty stairwells in order to get there, that would be one thing, but it was an issue that made our vacation less than a 5-star experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to units managed by this owner if they were in other properties - she was good to work with and helpful. ##### Christianne B. During check in you wait almost 30 to 45 minutes to get on a elevator. We took the stairs main times to the unit on the 9th floor. The facility was adequate but not excellent. The unit was well maintained and clean. There was no parking for oversized vehicles (taller than 7ft) or accommodations without a $20 per day parking fee. Both myself and the owner made efforts to understand the parking before arriving and booking the unit. The resorts information changed and wasn't accurate upon arrival. The bell hop knew what do more than the front desk. The owner provides all the information upfront and tries to ensure everything you need to know is given in advance and she responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The amount of information is a bit more than I am accustomed to when renting a spot. Overall it was a nice stay once all the stressors of getting settled were completed. ##### C.R. S. The condo was very nice, had everything we needed. The views were great from the balcony We didn't have any major issues at all and I feel that if did have any that the owner would have taken care of it. She answered every text and email I sent Check-in was easy, even though, I forgot to do the pre-register on-line, but we still didn't have to wait long. The elevators were a bit slow, but that was to be expected since it was fall break. Over all everything was great! We don't have any complaints. She is terrific at getting back to you to answer any questions you might have and the place was spotless and smelled so clean when we walked in. It was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. She provides you with step by step instructions for check in and check out which I appreciated. She also sends recommendations for places to eat and things to do while visiting. Of course the ocean front view is amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves.
