THE SPLASH-WINDSONG Unit #307 is a 2.5 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. This condo is on the 3rd floor of the east tower. BOTH MASTERS BEDROOMS HAVE KING BEDS AND ARE BALCONY SIDE!

THE WATER PARK, LAZY RIVER, and TODDLER SPLASH PAD, make this one of the most unique rental properties in Panama City Beach. Full FITNESS CENTER is available to all adult guests. POOLSIDE Bar and Grill offer great drinks and delicious food choices.

SLEEPS 8: Unit 307 has 2 true master bedrooms that each have KING beds and access to the beach side balcony. There are BUNK BEDS in an alcove area, and a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room that also has access to the beach side balcony.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Max 8 guests - Minimum age 25 for all unmarried renters
* Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time
* Splash 307E is a no pet, non-smoking condominium
* One time $40 registration fee payable to Splash Resort upon registration, covers parking for one vehicle and arm bands. Additional fee for 2nd vehicle.
* Please be aware that this is a non-smoking resort. Anyone caught smoking anywhere on the property will face eviction and loss of rent and deposit.

It is always nice to look out and see the beautiful beach! We also enjoy being able to bypass the elevator and use the stairs being on the third floor. The kids enjoy the bunk beds and the beach. All in all, a good week!

Let me just say that this was my favorite condo we ever rented in PCB! We have stayed at the Splash Resort times before, but this was the best! If you are worried about the carpet? Don't be! We found this to be the cleanest condo we ever rented before! Not to mention, there is vacuum incase of any accidents! My husband and I are 39, we have a 14 & 11 year old boys, as well as our just turned 3 year old daughter, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo!The owner is very attentive & helpful, so kind, amd answered all my questions well before the trip anytime I had them!We will definitely be back if Mrs. Vicki will have us again! We already are missing the water, missing the sand, can not wait to be back!I would stay here 1000x over again!

Excellent Vacation Stay

We love the two master bedrooms with King beds. Both have balcony access which is amazing when you take your in-laws with you:) The Condo was clean and so comfy. It was ideal for our family vacation with our kids. It is so close to Pier Park, but far enough away to not feel crowded.

Picture perfect!

We stayed in Vycki’s unit with our 6 year old granddaughter for the 2 weeks of her Spring Break. The condo is exactly as pictured on the site. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the bright cheerful color scheme as it is the perfect choice for a kid centered vacation. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the resort itself was exactly what we had hoped for. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided for our stay and the kind assistance of the staff in adjusting the umbrellas. Without exception I would recommend a stay at Splash! and we look forward to a return stay with Vycki.

Amazing unit

We had a great time at Splash. Condo was fantastic and so much space for all of us and all ages from 5-47. Beach was amazing but then during the storms kids could play at splash water park and adults could sit poolside and enjoy The bar and grille. Kitchen was well equipped and used the full fridge to its fullest on the hot days. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Perfect location

This 3rd floor corner unit is ideal. On busy elevator days, we were able to walk the stairs even with the kiddos. Check in was seamless and owner was easy to contact. It was comfortable and relatively clean. Just FYI: the bunk beds are next to the washer/dryer and air unit, so for light sleepers it is a bit noisy. We really enjoyed our stay at Splash and would recommend this unit!

Repeat Patrons Owner is Great

Vycki is great. The condo is well maintained and a great location. Third year for me to take my grandson and family. The overall ranking was lowered due to the poor upkeep of the amenities for the smaller children at the Splash Pad. Grandson was concerned his “Frog and Turtle” friends were neglected and not working properly.

Great location for families

Great property especially for families. We were on the 3rd floor so we could use the stairs if elevator wait too long. Nice sandy beaches. Pools were heated and peefect for our granddaughter. Host very attentive when we contacted her about a lighting issue. Fixed quickly. Would recommend for families with children. Only one hot tub which was very crowded with kids although we were there at spring break time.

Great week at Splash

Our family had a great time this week at Splash Resort. The condo was clean and comfortable. Even though we brought some kitchen cookware in case we needed them, the condo had everything. Only one small complaint. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. 6 adults for 6 days, not enough so we bought a couple rolls. Will definitely book again.

We chose Splash due to the amenities it offers young children. The location is about 30 minutes from downtown PCB (marina access) and 30 minutes from the "30A" areas of Watersound, etc. (lots to do there!). There was just enough space for 5 adults and 2 kids (5 and 7). The property was clean enough (see below) and offered just enough to get our stay started before a run to the store. Balcony was super nice. Pre-trip communications with the owner were prompt and helpful; we had no issues pop up during our stay. A/C, kitchen, and bathrooms functioned well. The elevator waits were not terrible and we had the option to use the stairs (note: the unit is actually on the 4th floor - there is Ground, Lobby, and then 2, 3, etc.). The beach chair rental included with the property was a nice touch. Security staff on property was friendly and helpful (young man transplanted to PCB from the PNW). My only suggestion would be to install hand towel bars in the en suite on the east end. The property is also probably due for deeper clean than what is done in-between guests (some grime on doors, in corners, and near door handles, etc.) and a fresh coat of paint on the whites to make it sparkle. Over all, we would stay again!
