Perfect!

Condo was in great shape, very clean, perfect location. Our first time staying at Splash Resort and our 3 year old absolutely loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The unit was very clean and the area was quiet. We enjoyed the miraculous view. I most definitely will book this unit again for my next stay.

Views of the Gulf of America were beautiful from our balcony. My family and I enjoyed seeing the sunrises and sunsets and watching the aquatic life as well. This condo is on the east side (left tower) floor 12 so while still a ways up not too terrible on height. Overall very clean and well kept with the only minute issue of a light being out above the guest shower. Pretty busy during our stay the first week of June with mainly family and kidos just like us. Traffic was busy the closer to Pier Park you got but not so much near the Splash, usually you could navigate around it. Plenty of things to do if you want something different than the beach for a few days.

Nice space, great location for quick girls trip. Only issue, couldn’t get close to pool or hot tub always full of kids. If you have young children great place to stay.

Fun Vacation Spot

Condo is well-kept and worked well for our group of six. It has a 12th floor balcony view of the ocean. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch prep. Location was easy drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having the free beach chair service…just make sure you go early to reserve a seat!! Would recommend and would stay here again!

Loved our Stay!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. With two small children the bunk beds worked out great, and we felt the unit was overall spacious! The property was very kid friendly. We appreciated the included beach chairs/umbrellas. This unit had great amenities, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. We would love to come stay again! So many wonderful memories and photos to take home with us!

Spring Break 2024

Very clean condo. Kids loved the heated pool during the chilly weather! New mattress is desperately need on master bed. Check in isn’t until 4:00, but the registration desk closes at 4:00.

Nice beach view

We had a pleasant time at our condo here! It was the most beautiful view of the ocean front that I’ve witnessed. I loved the being high for that reason, but a few mornings it was 30 min to an hour wait to take the elevator out because it was full of people trying to check out or check in. If it weren’t for that reason then it would have been perfect. My bed was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed having the bunk beds and pull out couch. I would say they need more towels available but we did have washer so we used that! I think it was very fun, and nice place to stay!

Nice getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prefect location! Nice and quite and relaxing. However... when entering the condo it had a very odd smell that never went away. After unpacking i noticed that my 3yr olds feet were black on the bottom... she had shoes on the entire time expect for when we were in the condo. When we went to lay down we noticed sand all over the bedsheets- no one had been in the bed yet, it was also in the bunk bed as well. So we took the sheets off and washed them. The air was barely working in the living room- NO the door was not open. We did go buy a mop and cleaning supplies because the floor was disgusting and mopped it ourselves. I did not come on vacation to clean the condo that should’ve been cleaned prior to my arrival. Also, the master bathrooms shower was clogged so while trying to shower you’re standing in water because the drain was clogged... if it was not for the amenities i would never stay there again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to PCB and to Splash, and we will not be returning. The unit was ok, there were several issues that FourStar addressed and fixed immediately. I was very impressed by FourStar! The unit had everything we needed and a gorgeous view! There were stains on the couch and unsightly bug traps left out in the open. It’s the Splash property and PCB itself that we aren’t impressed with. There was trash everywhere, kids in the adult only hot tub, and people without armbands. I never saw a Splash employee and therefore no one to enforce the rules. For such a beautiful place, it’s very disheartening to see it trashed.

Anniversary weekend.

Management n maintenance staff came the next morning to change out the bedding. They also placed some bug traps. After that no issues. N enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional Family Vacation!!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect set-up for our family of four. We loved all the amenities of this unit/complex. Beach access was excellent, fitness center was nice and the sprawling pool area was great, especially for younger kids. The condo unit was clean and well equipped; the view from the balcony was heavenly! Only down side was the elevators, which seems to be a common issue to most condo complexes in the area. The wait for an elevator during certain times of the day was extensive. Also the parking garage elevator was out of service when we arrived, which made move-in challenging. Location was a little far out on the west end of PCB, but that also meant less headaches with traffic/congestion. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are ready to start planning the next visit. By the way, I highly recommend renting through 4 Star Condo Services!! They are nice folks and communicated with us a few times before our stay to make sure everything was taken care of.

Furniture in condo was not same as pictured. Overall condo was clean and comfortable. Layout was exactly as described. Granddaughter did find sand in her bed.

We stayed at the Splash Resort for the first time last week of August, and it was fantastic. The condo was perfect, and everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and dishes we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The view of the sea is breathtaking. A big advantage is that we had included with the condo two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach. The only downside is that the water in the pools was quite cold, so our 4-year-old son didn't want to swim in the pool and preferred to go to the sea. While we were there, there was never a long wait for the elevator. Overall, a great resort and we will definitely come back.

I can't express how satisfied we were with the total experience. Definitely recommended! Have stayed at several places in PCB but Splash Resort is the best! Four Star condo management is top of the line!

Nice Place to Stay

Stay went well. Not really issues, but 1.there was NO storage for clothes in master Bedroom.2. Master bedroom mattress and box springs needs replaced. They had had it. But over all I would give it 5 stars.
