Gulf views are spectacular from this 6th-floor studio suite, and balcony!! The studio has been completely updated with new decor, king bed and additional "special touches", for my guests! Experience a true "Oasis", when you choose the perfect location and suite with the best views!!

Our "zero edge" swimming pool is heated to 85 degrees and also a large hot tub is located on the rooftop pool deck! New turquoise poly wood balcony furniture has been added to enjoy the amazing gulf and pool view

Sharkey's, Senor Frogs are located across street! Pier Park & Aaron Bessant Park just one mile away! Close to ECP airport - approximately 15 miles.

Access to our incredible sunrise and sunset decks on the 15th floor (take the east or west elevators, you can not get to these decks by the main elevators). Perfect for catching those amazing sunrises/sunsets!

Fitness center on 4th floor
No front desk service, no daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service. This is a privately owned studio unit that I manage personally. Should you need anything at all during your stay or find that anything needs attention we are just a phone call or an Airbnb message away!
\* "The Pour" is a favorite local coffee shop, less than a mile from the Origin.
\* You can also pick up ice, or have a daiquiri, on-site at market.
\* Sunsations is downstairs in our building, and they offer last-minute toiletry items, floats, sunscreen, and other beach essentials, It's also a great place to pick up some amazing Panama City Beach souvenirs.
\* Walk to many bars, and restaurants (Sharkey's, Senor Frogs, Moe’s BBQ.
\* Less than 1 mile to Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park, and Frank Brown Park, where many local outdoor events are held
\* We are home for one of the stops that is Thunder Beach and are motorcycle friendly
\*Close to many of the local Sports Complex
Car, Bike or Walk everywhere. Rent a golf cart or scooter for extra fun, just know they aren't allowed in our parking garage.
A special note on parking passes and wristbands:
Your parking pass will be inside the unit and will need to be placed in your vehicle as soon as possible upon arrival. We provide parking passes only and are not authorized more than 2\. One parking pass is valid for the main parking garage, and the other parking pass is for overflow parking. You may park both vehicles in the parking garage while you unload, and then the 2nd vehicle will need to be moved to overflow parking (the large open parking lot right next to the building). We are only authorized 4 wristbands for our unit, and we can not obtain any more. These wristbands can not be removed once tightened!!! I would recommend you carry them with you or don't tighten them as they can not be removed! Guests under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband!

I loved this condo! Great location at Origin Oasis. It has views all day long of the heated pool and beach. Restaurants beside and across the street from the building. The unit has everything you need and is wonderfully decorated. Dawn's Rentals never fails to deliver something wonderful.

If anyone is looking to book a beach vacation, I highly recommend Dawn, from Dawn's Rentals. The booking was really easy and and the apartment was fantastic. Great view of the pool area and the beach a short walk way. Dawn has everything that you would need in the apartment. I stayed for 14 nights and had a great time. Close to just about everything. I was looking for a quick weekend getaway to recharge and refresh before the busy holiday season. Origin Oasis was perfect for me. The room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfy and the view was spectacular. Watching the sunset from the pool area was a treat and walking to great restaurants kept me from driving around and finding parking. Dawn was super responsive to my emails. I highly recommend Origin Oasis for anyone looking for a cozy comfy short term home away from home!!

This place was amazing for my family. The view was so beautiful. We didn't know we came during bike week & an air show with jets/planes but that was just a plus for our stay. The pool was one of our favorite parts about the stay. The location was close to many stores like Walmart/Target and many restaurants. It was quiet during the night even with all the bikers out. The unit it self had everything a family would need and more. Parking was easy, luckily we never had to go to overflow. The elevators took a little time when checking out but that was expected. Overall we loved our stay.Perfect size for a small family or couple. We were sad we had to leave lol. Dawn and her place were amazing.

#### We loved the Coastal Theme!
My family of four arrived to Panama City Beach (PCB) via long drive from Texas. So as we stepped into our room, it was so pleasant to see a neat room with the added decor touches which really helped to emphasize we were no longer home but on vacation. There was a hiccup regarding our welcome package that contained our bracelets/parking passes -missing one of each. However, Dawn was easy to relay information to and prompt to respond back. So much so, it was not a big deal as I made it to be in my head. Our view was nice from the balcony overseeing the coastline ahead. The room was equipped with beach supplies to borrow i.e. cart, umbrella, wave boards -which my boys enjoyed with their cousins. My sister was not so lucky with her stay based on price and lack of hospitality. Her friend asked for recommendations and will be recommending Dawn’s Rentals. Dawn, thank you for the nice gift towards the end of the trip! We appreciate how special you made us feel.

The view is amazing! Check in was a breeze and Dawn responds to questions quickly! Origin Oasis is perfect for a couple and has everything you need! The unit is clean and fresh, very comfortable and relaxing. Plenty to do all around so you don’t need to take the car out every time. The pool is great for those lazy days or an evening swim. Beach access is right across from Origin and could not be any easier. We will definitely be back!
