This luxury condo is located on the 3rd floor and in the center of the building so your beach view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and Primary bedroom is spectacular. The Primary bedroom has its own private sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony. Upgraded sheets and towels make your stay even more luxurious.

The parking garage is monitored by security 24/7 and is located across the street from Tidewater Beach Resort. The walkover is located on Floor 2.

Tidewater Beach Resort is situated on the beach and located 1/2 mile from Pier Park where you can shop, play and dine. Tidewater has a restaurant on-site, a Tiki Bar at the East Pool, a coffee shop and frozen daiquiris and gift shop at the West Pool, a heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs located at the East and West pools, an arcade and a 4800 sq.ft. workout facility. The workout facility has two indoor therapeutic roman spas, a men and womens dressing/locker room with showers, dry saunas and steam rooms in each available to our guests. An outdoor grill area is also available to our guests equipped with charcoal grills and picnic tables and umbrellas. Short Term Renters agreement is required to secure booking.
