The only issues we had were with the mattresses and condo elevators.When we arrived there was only 1 working elevator and check in time aligns with everyone coming off the beach, this resulted in a 1hr long wait for the elevator. I called 4 Star to complain. The resort maintains the elevator rather than 4 Star, but the person I talked to called the resort and elevator was fixed by the next morning. Throughout our stay there were at least 3 other times elevators were out of service but the impact was much lower.At the end of the stay all adults were complaining about neck/back pain from the wore out mattresses. The smell of cleanliness hit our noses as soon as we walked in. The room was spotless! The big balcony is a huge plus! We loved having the two master suits with ocean view and balcony access. The main master bed was SO COMFY as was the couch and chase lounge. The room was fully equipped with everything we need. The owner checked on us by text to make sure our first night was everything we hoped it would be and seeing if we needed anything. Then again before checking out. We loved the beach chair service every day. I booked for next year before I left this year. Can’t wait to be back next year. ##### Alisha S. Condo was very clean and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The kids loved the pool and splash pad area. Definitely recommend! ##### Erin D. The condo was very clean, beautiful view of the beach and had all of the essentials you need!
