Welcome to our beautiful, beach-front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beach getaway. This condo includes everything you'll need to have a wonderful and memorable beach vacation. We provide two FREE BEACH CHAIRS each day of your stay (seasonal March 1 to October 31). Our beautiful beach-front property sleeps 6 comfortably and includes an oversized, 10x28, balcony with enough room for everyone! There is a reserved parking space! No wasting time driving around in circles looking for a place to park. Ocean Reef is known for its oversized, beach-front, 10x28 balconies with miles of coastline views. The property features a large beach-front pool (heated seasonally) and indoor pool (also heated seasonally). The pools are easily accessible to the beach for those that enjoy being at the pool and at the beach within close proximity to each other. A large heated hot tub is adjacent to the beach-front pool. Other features are: steam room, fitness room, sauna, and outdoor grills. The balcony is configured to allow you to enjoy the beautiful, majestic, views of the Emerald Coast. The balcony dining set is wonderful for enjoying meals, refreshments, or enjoying a card game throughout your day. Relax in comfort on the conversational set while entertaining your guests, reading a book, or while listening to the waves crash on shore while admiring the beautiful sunsets. The living area features balcony access with gulf views, comfortable leather furnishings, and a wall-mounted television. Enjoy the well equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances and breakfast bar. The dining table includes six dining chairs. The master bedroom is gulf-front and includes balcony access, wall-mounted television, and private bath with walk-in shower and double vanities! Enjoy the comfortable king bed and abundant furnishings including the convenient settee at the foot of the bed for ease of dressing. The guest bedroom includes two queen beds and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bath includes a combination tub/shower. The laundry room provides a convenient washer and dryer for keeping your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay. Book this condo and have a memorable and fantastic beach vacation, you’ll be glad you did! The property has one reserved parking space which is conveniently located under the building and close to the elevators. During peak season, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. We could have easily had additional guests comfortably. The condo was clean, and there was definitely sand and such on the floors, but I have lived in a beach town, and it is nearly impossible to get rid of all the sand! The teens said the two double beds were comfortable. The master bedroom bed was incredibly soft- like way too soft. Old creaky joints don't appreciate a bed you completely sink into...but it wouldn't stop me from renting the condo again. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that you can walk to. The beach was beautiful. We were there during a spring break week and the police were plentiful- we never felt unsafe. We felt like the condo was just impeccable. And the king size bed was so comfortable! That was one of the best balconies we’ve ever gotten to enjoy. It was so secluded. The view was stunning! And it was so nice having our own designated parking spot. The only thing I think that there could be that was slightly annoying was just the elevator situation - which isn’t the condo owner’s fault! We would just say to be prepared to wait - especially if you have a wagon you’re taking to the beach. One day it took us almost 20 minutes before we were finally able to get on the elevator. ##### Brooke L. The king bed was way too soft so we slept in the queen beds. It had everything we needed. Greta’s managers were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and were helpful and friendly. We found it clean, beautifully decorated and filled with everything we needed for our March stay. It was like home but with a beautiful and very large balcony.
