Those keys must return to that exact location upon departure. If either key is missing, you'll be charged $40 per key for the HOA to cut a new one. \-Parking is free. There are 2 assigned spaces for unit O and a max of 2 vehicles per reservation allowed. \-This pet-friendly property welcomes one small dog (under 20 pounds & must be approved prior to booking) with a $150 pet fee plus tax, so you can bring your furry friend along on your beach getaway! \-No smoking or vaping and no events allowed. \-Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent and are required to email a photo ID at the time of booking. The guest making the reservation must also be present for the duration of the stay. \-Third party bookings are NOT allowed. \-A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation. If the agreement is not signed and the reservation is not paid in full, you will not receive the arrival information.
