The area and condo building does a really nice job on security so you feel totally safe. If you're traveling with kids, this location is great for kids to meet and play with other kids. We loved our stay at the Flamingo Hideaway! The condo is newly renovated with very cute, updated decor. The balcony view is outstanding, and the location is just steps from the beach, the large pool, and the town of Rosemary. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. High Point is one of the finest locations on 30a. We loved the view from this residence. The layout is perfect with the master and entire living space facing the gulf.
