The location of the stay is awesome. 3 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk from walmart, the security was very strict which was a plus for safety! Made us feel safe and very helpful. When we got into our room we started checking for bed bugs, and making sure sheets are clean. The only issue we had was the toilets were not cleaned still had urine on them, there was hair in the bathrooms, clothes under the bed from previous guests and a leak under the sink. The condo was very clean. It does smell like the food places on the ground floor. We stated it smelled like pizza several times. The water show was disappointing two of the nights. The listing states it is on the first floor however, you have to take the elevator or stairs to the first floor because the lobby, stores, and restaurants are on ground floor. The neighborhood is safe. Loved having Walmart across the street. The parking is confusing. Will state on the property again however higher up. ##### Paul S. Both of those were great—and the space was very nice. Would be perfect for a family of four on vacation. Lots of things walkable. My big complaint was the parking. Just before check-in I was informed I would need to check in with the HOA office to pay $70 for parking. This wasn’t covered in the listing or any other previous communications. $70 for parking on a two night stay in off season is absurd. Beware of this aspect, otherwise would recommend. ##### Gabe W.
