Beach Front! Free Fun! Reserved Parking Space Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, it may be loud and disruptive. Construction noise begins at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached private bathroom, the bunk room has a twin size bed with trundle and also attached to a second full bathroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, This condo has reserved parking on the same floor. You have an uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony and living room. As a guest of Vacations Perfected you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, our 3rd party activity partner. The Shores Of Panama was created to be more like a Resort than just another condo along the beach with a spa for wonderful massages & a fitness room to keep your exercise routine in place as you enjoy your vacation. Also, everything you could want or need off the beach is only a short distance away. We are conveniently located across the street from a Wal-Mart Super Center and liquor store. Next door to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with live music & dancing. PW is one of the most popular places on Panama City Beach. Waffle House is also right next door. Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Go Carts, and other family activities all within walking distance. Pier Park is a very short drive away offers great shopping, dining, and exciting nightlife. Check-in is at 4:00 pm / Check-out is at 10:00 am. Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older. Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages. No pets. No smoking. Check in staff were great. Parking is on same floor, but it is still a good walk along the outside of the condos to get to room on opposite side. We used our collapsible wagon to cart stuff to and from when needed. Off-season was very peaceful! Resort was beautiful! Overall, it was clean but could use a deep clean on the baseboards and bottoms of doors in the secondary bathroom. The master shower curtain had some mold on it and is in need of being changed out. Overall, it was clean and exactly as described in the description. The week we went it was not very crowded however, the elevators were still a bit of a nightmare. Being on the 6th floor was nice as we primarily used the stairs but with kids, they often didn’t want to walk up them after a long day of play, due to being exhausted. The parking garage is very narrow and tight. The parking spaces are small but we were able to maneuver our suburban in and out by being cautious. It was not built with larger vehicles in mind. I had read reviews on the actual property of Shores of Panama before going regarding the parking garage, elevators and staff. The encounters we had with most of the staff was great! I wouldn’t say that the other encounters with other staff members was bad, they just had a dry personality but that is expected everywhere you go. You aren’t always going to get a great personality from everyone you come in contact with. The pool staff were the ones who were the friendliest. Overall we had a great time! ##### Chelsey Y. For the first time ever being in Florida to see the white beaches and blue/green water it was awesome experience. Condo was right on the beach and balcony had an awesome view. Condo resort pool area was very nice as well with awesome bar staff! ##### John L. The rental company had a mix up with our condo being cleaned but placed us in another room fast, room was cleaned and we was able to move to the condo. Views were amazing! The apartment and room was beautiful, clean and well kept. The view of the beach was perfect and a short walk away. The rest of the amenities were all clean and well staffed.
